I'd actually be interested to see who they would appoint. We jump to the conclusion that they'd go for an inexperienced manager again but they have shown willingness to go with experience when they hired Poch, he just wasn't the right guy overall. I'd we appointed someone like Emery next season I'd be very confident that we could challenge for the title with a couple of squad tweaks.

We've put a fair bit of money into Emegha and he seems to be doing well, the only game I've actually seen him in though is the Palace game where he played well. I like Delap and I wanna give him time but by the sounds of it he has a dislocated shoulder which could be a couple of months out, then he's gotta get back up to speed etc. Having Guiu as a back up to Joao Pedro is just a shocker of a situation, the lad needs a championship loan.

Get Emegha in in January, Guiu isn't good enough for our bench at the moment.

Everyone, including Maresca, knows he's pretty crap. There's next to 0 chance that he's gone before the summer at the earliest though which is very annoying.

Delap was awful tonight, very reminiscent of Lukaku at his worst, but then again there aren't many players who came out of this game with any credit barring maybe Neto and Garnacho.
