  1. I don't think this scenario is the same or even a correct comparison. We could get rid of Sterling if he wanted to leave but he doesn't want to. As I said in my original post, he has every right to do what he's doing, but it just means that he really has no interest in playing football anymore.
  2. You're right in that he can do what he wants, he isn't obliged to leave and can just collect his paycheck. However, as a professional it shows the kind of player he is. He has fully checked out of being a footballer and it shows, to be quite honest I don't know why any team in London would even want to bother with him, he has no interest in playing football anymore.
  3. I know, and you wonder why we're gun shy about handing out big wages 😂
  4. Fair play to everyone who went to the protest yesterday. Only thing that annoyed me was the chanting for Enzo Maresca, I'll never understand the affinity some people have with him. Crap football, no personality, no link to the club and below average results.
  5. Rumoured to be getting £300k a week at City, sorry but that's absolutely mental.
  6. Sell Enzo and be left with just James that actually looks like he gives a sh*t on the pitch 👍
  7. To be fair I'm saying this from a point of view of Sanchez being the perfect representation of this ownership. Mediocre with occasional high spots before the return to mediocre. And from Brighton.
  8. If we get in the conference league every season it wouldn't matter who's manager, we'd win it 9 out of 10 times.
  9. I think the game came too soon for him, not to mention we were missing our best striker, midfielder, attacking midfielder and right back x2. One thing I will say though, if he insists on playing out from the back every time with this keeper and defence then he's doomed before he starts.
  10. If Rosenior is going to insist that we play out from the back all the time, we would be better off recalling Penders and sending Jorgensen to Strasbourg
  11. We weren't great but Sanchez cost us the game, who knows what would have happened if he hadn't cost us 2 goals.
  12. This could be 4 or 5 if we're not careful. We've got f**k all control over this game
  13. That's the exact reason why we don't need to piss about with the ball at the back every single time!
  14. Ah yes, nothing that badiashile can't fix. f**king joke.
  15. Why are we f**king about at the back like this?! Absolutely pointless and just puts us under pressure.
  16. Sanchez improved because he didn't have to pass it round the back like this
  17. Only one game in but the only game I can compare it to is that Lincoln game where for a pretty much a whole half of football they looked like the better team. Yesterday we controlled the game from the start and showed intent to actually score goals.
  18. He said that about everyone though, he said Guiu was outstanding when everyone saw he was awful apart from the goal.
  19. Yeah I'm gonna stop pretending that he's doing alright. He's f**king sh*te. Everything I was concerned about him on the field is happening, he can't dribble, he can't shoot, he can't pass and his bleached blonde hair is back. Atletico are in for a LW, we should try and flog him to them at a cut price and cut our losses.
