Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2025/26
Arsenal are winning the league. Their final 3 games are easy ones even if City are perfect. Which they won't be, Bournemouth will get something off them imo. Everton may well complete a beautiful football long weekend in the UK with the cherry for the cake tonight.

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
It's a scheme they stubbornly stick to and are now in debt and cannot spend. They are kicking the can down the road for as long as they can do so, taking what money they can out of the club for their own pockets until either the 10 year period is up and they look to get out or the debts overtake them and Ares management takes the club away like they did with John texetor and Lyon. Unless the protests make it not possible for Clearlake to avoid taking damage those are the only 2 futures we have. 6 more years of this or Administration with Ares taking control.

I'd guess Reece and Moi are the two they will hold on to and the rest are up for grabs to hold off the debt collectors for another season.

How big are the pay increase going to be for them after this disaster of a season? 70% instead of 80%?

Instead they give them, and themselves, hue raises. Make themselves personal fortunes, that's all that seems to matter

Leeds United vs Chelsea (FAC) Sunday 26th April 15:00 GMT
Nottingham Forest just showed how badly you bottled this game Leeds. Should be you trying to figure out how to stop City but you blew it.

Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest (PL) Monday 4th May 15:00 GMT
Well damn, Joao Pedro's auditioning for a Barca move ended our run of failing to score. Was the only thing, aside from poor Jesse Derry, that made the league matches half interesting.

Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest (PL) Monday 4th May 15:00 GMT
Are the youth team playing today? Why have 5 defenders on the bench? There is nothing offensively there to make any changes.

Like you said our only hope is the protests get bigger, better and force them out. 6 years is a long time to suffer this

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
Thanks for that. Any buyer will also have to deal with a lot of debt though, and BlueCo will demand a healthy profit too. What are we looking at? 6billion plus taking on debt? Who's going to do that?

Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest (PL) Monday 4th May 15:00 GMT
Well Aston Villa have shown it is perfectly fine to play a reserve side in the league when you have nothing left to fight for and focus on a cup. So let's play our reserve and youth players and rest up for the FA Cup. Let forest be fresh for their semi final. We can say we were "trying out different options after our run of league losses"

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2025/26
This weekend sets up next weekend to further set up Spurs survival at the bridge. There is a good chance Spurs are 4 points above West Ham then.

Arsenal not winning the UCL is the only one there we have hope for, imo. Spurs staying up and Arsenals title are done after these past 2 weekends. CL if BM or PSG are at they best they most likely beat Arsenal. The concern is if they are not at their best.

If Spurs beat Leeds then they CAN stay up with a result at the bridge. This season is lining up to be truly horrific.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2025/26
So, I am wondering, does anyone have the confidence to say they still believe that Spurs will go down and/or Arsenal bottle the league? I know many believe either of BM or PSG will beat Arsenal in the UCL final, but the other 2 hints now look grim. Anyone got faith left either of those 2 things will happen?

And rightly so. Remember many moons ago, Everton threatened us with legal action if we rested key players vs Bolton ahead of us playing a final? If West Ham do go down they should certainly look in to this.

If Emery was honest he would come out and say they did not give 2 sh*ts about this match as their place in the top 5 is pretty good already and they want to get to the europa final. Forest may well look at this and do the same, rest several first teamers like MGW and will, most likely, at least try tomorrow.
