I genuinely can't believe that their is a Chelsea fan, on a Chelsea fan site that is trying to make an argument that Lampard is not creative and doesn't have a good enough technique Best player in our history as far as I'm concerned...

Both completely different players. This is a completely pointless and stupid comparison especially as neither has played a minute for their new club yet.... Hazard could flop, Kagawa could be incredible and vice versa. As for the song, I nearly chundered. Vile.

Exactly, Gerrard and a bunch of his mates beat the living daylight out of someone, go to trial at Liverpool crown court and SOMEHOW get nothing because he was acting in self-defence...!?! I read somewhere that if Gerrard was found guilty, which he should have been.. he could have got a maximum of 7 years in prison, but instead he is worshipped as "the heart of England". JT faces a maximum £2500 fine... Hated by the media and almost the whole of the UK. Gerrard turns his back on every shot, Nasri's goal is a nice example. JT puts his body on the line week in week out. Makes no sense whatsoever. Especially when all Gerrard is, is a poor man's Frank Lampard. EDIT: Should probably point out that I absolutely despise Steven Gerrard, just in case you didn't notice :)

I've been pleasantly surprised that all the Brazilian football experts are saying that he is a better player than Lucas Moura at the moment. Especially considering that Lucas is much more well known over here than Oscar is.

As I've said before, the Ferdinands are a family of attention seekers. Rio having a tantrum because JT was picked ahead of him, both brothers are pathetic.

It's just another option for when a team is proving hard to break down, and apart from DD I can't think of a better target striker than Llorente...

Amazing video! Brings it all back! The only downsides of that fantastic night for me were Kalou and Bosingwa completely ruining the trophy lifting and then Torres acting like a child and having a hissy fit after the match. 19.05.2012 will never be forgotten :)

Not saying he's lying, I just think he is being very easily manipulated by his agent/the media etc. Clearly needed a lot of encouragement press charges. And I know having an extremely expensive defence shouldn't have any bearing on the outcome, but I bet it helps!

I reckon we could definitely do with 1 more accomplished striker. We still can't pin all our hopes on Torres and if he does get injured, I don't think Sturridge/Lukaku have the experience to lead the line in the big games like a UCL game. Sturridge was rubbish in the second half of last season and Lukaku didn't exactly light up the reserves league last season. They do both deserve more playing time, but I think we do need more experience up front. Can't really decide who I would like us sign, not a big fan of Hulk really, far too inconsistent to warrant a £40million price tag. I know it's not going to happen but I would love Llorente to sign, he's got everything apart from pure pace (which we already have more than enough of). Also gives us the option to hit it long as a plan B, a la Drogba.

I think one of the key factors here, which I hope is being taken into account is that Anton is clearly as thick as pig sh*t. I'm relatively confident JT will be found innocent considering he's probably got the best legal defence money can buy. When this trial is over 'Ferdinand' should become a synonym for 'Attention seeker'.

My favourite part was when Anton described himself as a winner! Could not stop laughing! My view on this is the same as a lot of you guys... this is not a racism trial, it's the media punishing their favourite villain. The issue is that FA are scared of the media, and if they do not punish JT severely, they will become target number 1 for the press. Also, when united come to The Bridge, we need full commitment from the crowd. Let him know what a spineless attention seeking moron he is. (Rio, that is)

Completely disagree, he is absolutely brilliant. Don't judge just on Euro 2012- Paying £20 million for him would be considerably better than paying double that for Hulk. He's on another level to Victor Moses too. Only 21 too, will be a top player in the next few years.

No way José. Not even close to being good enough. Signing him would also be harsh on the younger players that play in similar positions... When you're a top top club you can't go singing average players from down the road.
