I cant think of any acceptable way to say 'you're not winning today'. But I highly doubt clattenburg is stupid enough to say something like that

After the horror start he was well up for it, and got everyone else well up for it too. Got the fans going too. When JT isn't around and we needed someone to rev us up he did. But then he gets called hot headed and rash, but you cannot deny his passion for the club which is something everybody wants from a player but won't let stop them constantly placing blame. Wasn't at fault for the goals but is still getting singled out.

I don't think the club would lodge a complaint if it wasn't serious. Just wish the club would speak up about all the rubbish refereeing decisions that gloss over penalty after penalty for us.

Its all well and good when the ref makes one bad decision. But terrible decision after terrible decision you can't turn around and say 'we must respect the referee'. The guy was nowhere near impartial. On the last bit, you can't see we should have done this or that. sh*t happens, we started badly and we were rectifying it. Clawed 2 back and looked odds on to get a winner before clattenburg stepped in. Clattenburg had far more of an effect on the outcome than chelseas start to the game. The fact that he even had ANY effect on the game, never mind 'equal' to our bad start etc. is bad enough. The referee should have no impact on the result. Also, in true conspiracy loving fashion, how many times a season do we hear about united getting dodgy decisions. Far too often. Far, far too often.
