Either Frank Arnesen isnt doing his job and literally hasnt found any young player of note in three years, or someone or something at the club is preventing young players from getting in the team ahead of third choice RBs.

Didn't we get SS before Arnesen signed? Either way, even if Arnesen's remit is to identify talent, I don't think we've been very god at developing the players we've recruited. The last quiz asked us to name the two players we signed from Leeds at great expense. We all knew about Woods but what about the other guy? Either he was no good to begin with or we've done an abysmal job of nurturing his talent, as he's got nowhere near the first team squad. Or has he been maturing well and I've just not noticed?
