Haven't been to Burnley for years. One of the old-fashioned Lancashire teams we onlu ever saw much of in the old second division, and back then that included Bolton and Blackburn. I used to have a good mate who supported Burnley. He was a nutter. Died years ago, didn't feel a thing.

I wanted Burnley to win because of the Owen Coyle connection. years ago when we were in our early teens a group of us used to jump on the train on a Saturday and got to Dumbarton. we would go to watch the match first then go to the local cinema (only had two screens so choice was limited). Anyway Dumbartonwere in the Scottish second tier then and the crowds were not exactly impressive. It was a standard gag for us to 'invade' the pitch at the full time whistle and then try to get our programme signed by as many players as we could. Owen Coyle always thought it was a hoot (Dumbarton player at the time) and always signed all our programs happily.

glad they went up because it's good with west brom going that a side comes up that can pass the ball, and also I'm no fan of sheffield united.

I'm pleased Burnley went up, they play good football and have had an excellent season, beating several Premiership sides. Plus it's nice to see a new team in the Premiership.

Good to have another heated rivalry in the prem. I think the Burnley and Blackburn games could be a little "friendly," with some of the challenges

Absolutely. They have upset us before, but they seem like a good spirited team, and seeing their fans get so excited in Wembley its hard not too feel happy for them (I guess that goes for almost any team, though)

Also, ever since Tevez-gate my respect for Sheff Utd, Warnock, and everyone involved just evaporated
