Best MotD 'Goal of the Month' ever

Featured Replies

Taylor, Essien, Drogba and Scholes are all incredible goals. Mine would naturally be Essien, but Taylor's was just awesome.

Cassiya - I'm guessing it got in just to get the number up to 10, rather than having 9. Have you ever seen the "Top 9 charts?" That was probably just the best of the rest.

And has anyone noticed, that every time Chelsea score an amazing goal, there's always another goal in that month that's apparently better according to MOTD? e.g. Anelka. Ridiculous.

That month for example, we had 3 in there, all amazing goals, and none got it.

scholes winning that month was a joke and just exposed the utd love in...good goal yes, but certainly not better than essien's or drogba's...and just to show i'm not biased either, matty taylor's goal would have won it if his name was Ronaldo or Rooney

Good try, but nope unfortunately - heh

It's YouTube's fault to be honest, I really can't understand why the hell they'd make the videos low quality by default!

I agree that Essien's goal was better than Scholes' by the way, but Scholes' wasn't bad at all... a worthy winner imo
