Posted April 5, 201014 yr West Brom need just two points from their last 4 games to secure automatic promotion to the top flight. They really only need 1 point as their goal difference is so much better than Forests. OK not mathematically promoted yet but I will be gobamacked if they collapsed. Robbie has done a fine job there and here is hoping he keeps them up for a few seasons at least.
April 8, 201014 yr Last time I was at the bridge we beat west brom 4-1, maybe 4-0, Lampard scored the last goal. Anyway, it would be great to be back at the bridge to see Robbie back, absolutley loved the guy and was gutted when I read the report after the Gallen game. He or Dan are the two people (Sorry Franco) that I could see back at the bridge in some form of coaching capacity in the future Scott
April 8, 201014 yr Robbie and "Disco" Eddie Newton have done a terrific job at West Brom, they've got them playing a really good style of football as well as getting results - not always easy in that league. It'll be interesting to see how they get on in the Premiership but if they do come up they'll be one of the firm favourites to go back down regardless of who's in charge. Would love to see the two of them back one day. It would be fantastic to have a former player (or players) back running the first team and doing well.
April 8, 201014 yr Seeing Robbie and Newts back n the prem would be brilliant. They would get a brilliant reception back at the bridge.
April 10, 201014 yr Now confirmed. West Brom promoted as runners up to Newcastle. I'm always glad to see the Baggies back in the prem, its only a 35 min drive from mine, boing boing well done Robbie.
