Part of the bail conditions are that he has to live with Kevin Nolan. Surely a sign of the judicial system breaking down - a court forcing a crim to live with a scouser - where is the positive education opportunity there?

What next? Gazza forced to live with Shane McGowan?

Maybe its the judges idea for a new comedy series, the new odd couple...

Ive heard that justice in modern society is supposed to do one of two things. Rehabilitate the offender to become a "legal and contributing member to society" or to punish them to deter other possible offenders (or just revenge for the scornful masses).

Wonder which this is :P

It seems even living with the captain wont keep you safe from the fans. They burned his chrome Range Rover in the drive (tut tut, shouldve just stuck to a Disco instead of being flashy).

Surely Carroll is a guy who will have to reach his career potential somewhere other than Newcastle if thats how things are. Maybe woy should give him a call?

has to be bullsh*t. Makes for hilarious reading, though

"Nolan was overheard saying 'I cant believe Carroll has brought these girls back to my house'" sounds like the script of a mediocre porno.
