Mr Wilshere, if you ever get off Twitter and work towards rehabilitation you may want to take note too.

(I don't particularly have a reason to start this thread, I don't even mind Arsenal... probably doesn't even deserve it's own one but oh well, I'm bored and I like picture posts.)

Is that actually in the works, Moos? Get in a decent replacement for Matri (Van Persie would be perfect IMO) and Juventus could be an outrageous side. Can't wait to see Pirlo strutting his stuff in the Champions League next season.

From what I've heard it might happen. I think there has been meetings between van Persie (or his agent) and Juventus in Turin, so there seems to be a chance of him going there. On the other hand, based on some of Wengers comments Arsenal would keep him if they could match the wages other teams can offer, which makes me think that van Persie wages will be quite a lot and that doesn't quite suit Juventus who usually don't hand out huge wages. But getting rid of some players who's just there getting their wages would free a lot of money to spend on van Persie. God knows Juve need someone dangerous up front. I like Matri and the rest, but they don't really score loads of goals.

The defence is great as is the midfield, but up front they need someone lethal.

Would not mind seeing Pirlo spreading those sublime passes up to van Persie.

His passing is just amazing. Having seen him an entire season I realise that I've never truly appreciated just how brilliant he is. He doesn't just pass the ball, he caresses it and just makes it float to the right destination. It's pure class.

Imagine having him at Chelsea with Hazard, Mata, Hulk and Torres further up. We would all have a constant erection.

There are two players I really want right now, and that's Pirlo and Vidal. Vidal is in my opinion the most complete and best midfield player in the world, and has also started to score. Shame we didn't go after him (not shame for you I guess :)).

No, I quite like having him together with Pirlo and Marchisio. Quite a decent midfield

Marchisio seemed quite good when I watched Italy Spain.

He is, though he's not as great now as in the beginning of the season. Lost some form after christmas. Before that he was absolutely brilliant.

He's a complete midfielder. Works hard, can tackle, dribble, shot.

Both Vidal and Marchisio complements Pirlo perfectly. If Juventus gets their hands on a world class striker next season I think they can be dangerous. Any news on what's going to happen with Conte and the match fixing scandal?

Only thing I've heard is that he denies it and even if he's guilty he probably wont get punished that severely, so it will probably not affect his job at Juventus.

Can't say there's been any huge reactions over this. Listening to Juventus supporters there's been little talk about this and I haven't heard much from Conte and Juventus either, so this doesn't seem to be a big thing.

But we'll see what happens when they've finished their investigation.
