It's not a case or 'conspiracy theories' at all....

It's a simple case of conflict of interest, how on earth can he be impartial?

It's impossible, there must be examples of where a decision made by the FA directly affects a club in a negative way, and surely the questions after from the board at Man u would be a consideration??

Far too powerful a position for someone on the board of a top premier league club IMO.

Alan

Isnt there someone from Arsenal board high up in the FA also?

I dont know too much about their setup, but its easy to believe that the FA bend over backwards for Ferguson and Utd.

David Dein - Director of Arsenal and senoir member of the FA at the same time.

So when is Roman going to get one of his lads on the FA?

Never

exactly, it makes a mockery of the whole thing

This is just so wrong. A person really shouldn't be allowed to have those two jobs. Not saying they will favour their team (but let's face it, there will always be a chance), but people will always see it that way. No way nobody will refer to this if they think ManU gets a slightly less bad punishment.

It's a bit like having a Chelsea supporter as a referee in a Chelsea game. Unless he's 100% perfect (as well as all the other refs in that game) there will always be questions asked and people will accuse him helping Chelsea.
