Finally some positive news about JT

Let's hope he doesn't rush it and risk being sidelined for even longer. We need him back, no doubt, but I'd rather have him miss a match or two more if it means he'll be 100% fit then.

He added: "I'm disappointed that we lost at Anfield, obviously, and we need to pick ourselves up, but in a way that's already happened.

"When Manchester United scored I thought that the game was over. But credit to Arsenal, they've given us another opportunity and it is time to put pressure on United now."

Yeah do it JT !

from The Sun

JOHN TERRY?S hopes of a Chelsea comeback have suffered a setback.

Blues skipper Terry made a surprise return to training on Monday but did not complete the session and still has no idea about when he will play again for Jose Mourinho?s men.

Optimistic reports suggested Terry could even be on the bench for last night?s Carling Cup semi-final second leg at Wycombe.

SunSport understands, however, Terry will not feature in Sunday?s FA Cup fourth-round tie at home to Nottingham Forest and is unlikely to be fit to lead England in their friendly with Spain at Old Trafford on February 7.

That would mean Liverpool midfield ace Steven Gerrard captaining his country for the first time.

Chelsea boss Mourinho has been desperate to get Terry, 26, back in his team to solve the defensive shambles which has seen them fall six points behind Manchester United in the Premiership title race.

Frustrated Terry is just as keen to get back to action and, when he first had his back operation three weeks ago, he was confident of a quick return.

But, while his back is almost healed, he has developed a calf injury.

Terry is now resigned to a further spell on the sidelines, where he has been watching the Blues since he last played against Newcastle on December 13.
