Wouldn't want another player weighed down and under pressure to prove his massive transfer fees. A keeper of Courtois' quality will be shipped away to a bigger club if Atletico manage to get him in a deal for Falcao. We need to keep the keeper, Lukaku will be back for next season and all the team would need is a good 15 million striker.

It took United 6 years to properly replace Schmeichel and 10 years on, Arsenal still haven't found a replacement for Seaman.

Liverpool had similar problems replacing Grobbelaar. It's massively hard. We have a ready made gem in Courtois and can fill Cech's shoes, we can't afford to mess this up.

I'd much rather bring Feruz and Lukaku through and spend £20m on Lewandowski than spend £50m on Falcao personally.

we may not find the replacement for cech for years to come and we already have a player that can potentially be as good as falcao

The striker positions is of the highest priority, big Pete will be around for years yet.

Somehow I dont think too many would lose much sleep if we sold Courtios and ended up with Falcao

I think Courtois has said he's going on a season long loan to an English club next season. I assume that means going to a club where he'd be first choice so he would play regularly, but he would also get mote familiar with England and the English football.
