if @Krc-fan leaves, I will dedicate a brew to him. My stella clone that I am thinking about making. BTW, my dedication brew for The Mighty Eden is just about done. I had a bottle last night. Can't drink that with stuff to do, because that brew will knock one on their ass.

good - btw I will make my stella clone in the fall - I need to determine which yeast strain to use - most recipes say using a Danish strain, but I can't bring myself to do such a thing - we are talking about a Belgium Lager

KRC is not a place, my friend. Krc is a part of the name Krc Genk. My football team! Genk is indeed a city not so far from Leuven.
