Remember it first time round. Interesting though about mentality, one person came through at Chelsea in Jody Morris. Neil clement made a living but the rest just disappeared. The club is more closed shop now. No going down to watch training at harlington like the old days, so we don't know these days about attitudes if someone becomes Berty big bollocks and is not showing the right mentality. There can be reasons why players don't get first team football that we never hear of.

Look forward to watching sometime. In the meantime this article from 2013 is worth a read!
