After one defeat early in the first season of Dick Advocaat. Ian Ferguson tore apart certain new players. Who then understood, in no uncertain terms, what was expected of each and every Rangers player.I’m told Advocaat walked into a very quiet dressing room, looked about puzzled and ‘Fergie’ said.“Team talk over gaffer.
