Chelsea have just been named as 1 of 5 clubs guilty of irregular payments (bungs) in transfers. The charges relate to the transfers of Drogba, Cech, and Essien. Further investigation will now be carried out and no doubt we can expect punishment. I'm not sure whether points deduction can be expected at this point but possibly considering we already have the suspended penalty over the Ashley Cole saga:

Wasn't the suspended penalty only for last season? I don't think it carries over now - so we can go about upsetting the establishment from scratch again now!

Wooohooooo

read the report. no-one at the club has anything to answer for.

DKW is right - unless there is other evidence against us than contained within the report, there'll be no action taken against the Club Will, however, only feed the constant and recurring press inuendo about us - but hey, what else is new(s).

The report names players, clubs and agents and also specific deals but then says its found no evidence of any wrong doing involving bungs etc. It's a bit of a joke really.

Dont bother holding your breath on this one - it will take ages to come to any conclusion - and thats if they can persuade the Agents to talk - which they wont!

We're only listed because Pini Zahavi is one of the agents who hasn't provided all the requested information, and he was heavily involved in the Drogba & Cech deals, and another agent involved in the Essien deal is in the same situation. Basically the majority of this is now down to an agent hasn't disclosed information, that agent was involved in deals for these players, so these clubs are implicated.

Nothing to worry about.
