Surprised no one seems to have remembered Diaby's high challenge on JT in the League Cup final either. He didn't get sent off for dangerous play. He didn't even have a foul given against him.

I said exactly the same about the Diaby boot in Terry's face on the 'one rule for Chelsea' thread. The lack of consistency is astounding.

Can someone with a deeper footballing knowledge than me explain exactly why Diaby accidentally kicks JT in the face and there is no card or anything, Drogs accidentally kicks some Foolham muppet in the shoulder and he gets carded?
