SunSport can reveal the 18-year-old met with bosses Avram Grant, Alex Ferguson and Juande Ramos during a three-day stay in England last week. Each club offered the Mexico international a contract but only Chelsea and Spurs have made bids. Chelsea’s offer is believed to be £10m, while Spurs have come up with £7m and regular football. January 5, 200817 yr If he's so damn good why are Barca selling him Really good question. He's really good so why sell him? I thought we had better chances at getting Ronaldinho. Still, if we get him I won't complain. A future mexican superstar for sure.
January 5, 200817 yr We will all know very soon, but it appears Sven has beaten us again in getting the right Mexican, Nery castillo, in his camp. This guy is the closes thing I've seen to Zola since, well, Zola. Dos Santos may be good but after watching him play for Mexico and in bits at Barca I believe Castillo will be better suited for the Prem. Guess we'll find out soon if I'm right or not!

January 5, 200817 yr He has played for BArcelona a number of times this season and when you consider that he is only 18 and the players ahead of him in the Barcelona squad that initself is pretty good going. He is very good and I don't believe for a second that Barcelona are prepared to sell him - this smells of more fictisous journalism.
