Yeah, there will be loads of articles now about Frank's future, and if either him or the club can't sort it out then thats bound to happen. If he does leave, we need real quality to replace (I use that term in the loosest of ways) him, and Van Der Vaart does look that.

This one has been doing the rounds for quite some time now.I think Van Der Vaart and Huntelaar are both being touted as coming in the summer...mainly as replacements for Lampard, and Drogba! However, I would like that if Frank were to leave, it is because he wants to and not the club messing it up!

He is a brilliant player, Huntelaar is also a good player.

However I think it would be a mistake to let Frankie go, he has been so consistent for us and I don't see him slipping up next season. I don't, however, disagree with bringing in Van der Vaart and Huntelaar. They are both great players and would fit in very well, if Lamps does leave he would be an ideal replacement though.

I think we need to get shot of Pizarro to clear some space in attack, maybe even loan out Anelka, and bring in Huntelaar. He's young and lethal!

Don't know if Pizza will leave. If he want's to leave he will go but if he's okay playing just occasionally we should keep him. Not many better 3rd, 4th choice strikers in the league.

Sheva should go to AC Milan. They need him there and he want's to go to Don Berlusconi who is his kids godfather...

Should we sell Lamps (I trust not) there has to be only one main target midfielder for us: Frank Ribery from Bayern Munich!!! I guess most of you don't know him very well due to absence of Bayern Munich in the Champions League, but believe me, this man is marvellous and one of the three best current midfielder of the world and I am sure you will praise his name next season.

Ribery is brilliant. I haven't seen him in action too much after the World Cup but he was vital for France. Do you know if Bayern Munich is interested in buying Malouda. We could make a swap deal .

I would give them Malouda and Kalou as an extra bonus.... but they won't sell Ribery voluntary. We would have to pay a huge amount but he is worth it! Believe me, if he would play for Chelsea no one else would talk about Fabregas or the w**ker from Liverpool as the best midfielder in the EPL.

I think the horse has pretty much allready bolted on Ribery. If we were going to sign him the time to do it was last season before he joined Munich.

I definitely don't think we should get rid of Kalou AND Malouda. In fact, I don't think we should get rid of either.

I think Malouda might leave as he looks to never really have settled, but I think that will be his request, and not the clubs. Kalou would be foolish to let go! He is young and a great talent, if he could find his shooting boots we would have one hell of a player on our team. I also think Malouda should be given a good run, and a whole season before we make too many judgements on him. remember Drogba? Remember Ronaldo...... would have been foolish to have let them go after judging them on one season alone!

I would be gutted if Frank left, but ultimately, I think that is a decision he will make, and not the club. A midfielder who provides goals, and assists, and loves the fans who sing his name.....that would take more than one season to replace

The difference was no one questioned Drogba's workrate, even in his first few seasons when he wasn't so great.

It is fair however to be seriously questioning Malouda in that department. I think he does have a fair amount of talent and if he is fair dinkum about making it at Chelsea he could do well, but he has to be fair dinkum and at the moment his not...
