i have not recieved my renewal yet

re-ordered it on 23 may and it said 28 days, didnt take that long last year

is anyone else, not had theres yet or had difficulties with it

well i rung the club, apparently they are not sending them out until the 1st week in july

i rung them again last friday, they said they are currently been processed and will be sent out asap

i said well as part of the fee i get a 12 month subscription to the chelsea magazine and i've already missed 2, will you be reimburrsing me for the 2 issues i have not recieved

I got my magazine today, no membership pack though.

I ordered the True Blue Magazine Subscription (without the member pack).. should receive my membership card - but I'll give the club two weeks (up to the first pre-season game) then I'll give them a ring if it still hasn't arrived..

For one brief, exciting moment I thought I had received my membership card. That moment lasted until I looked at the name on the card. If anyone knows an Ian Yerrill, tell him I will send his card back to the club on Monday :D Hopefully the recipient of my card mails it back quickly as well.

Happened to me last year. I'd like to think if someone got mine they'd send it back ASAP like I did... I still haven't got mine.
