he has muntari in his midfield too, and I think hreidarsson (or whatever) plays at leftback... he's built a very decent side.

Rags this morning also saying that he is trying to work a deal with Zaragosa for Aimar. That would be a hell of a signing if he managed to do it, even if he is no longer the prospect he once was.

Phil McNulty had a pretty good piece on Harry and his savvy at building Pompey on his blog a little while back.

I agree that he has built an above average side. Its not exactly a stretch to say, but I feel like Pompey need just a little more quality to be challenging Liverpool for fourth. Only Everton have been able to knock them off that perch, but the likes of Villa, Pompey and City have to be smelling blood in the water soon

Can't see Nugent staying, he'd do well at a club like Palace, not Premiership standard for me (yet).

What exactly was the deal with Nugent going to Pompey? From what i remember he turned up for 6 million just before Harry came back, and then he never ever got selected.

Seemed really odd at the time.
