Has anyone else had problems lately? I placed an order a week ago, first time I've ordered from the Megastore for a while. Two items, both were and still are in stock, I've had order confirmation by email, and judging by the "available to spend" on my credit card, they've taken the money for the order. They advertise delivery within 3 - 5 days, yet a week later, both items are still marked as "In Progress". Which to my mind, isn't good enough.

I've emailed Customer Services telling them to either sort the order out or give me a refund but am still waiting for a reply.

I've never been being exactly noted for my patience. So I gave them a bell. Spoke to a very nice woman who told me there was no problem with the order, but that they are experiencing delays because they've just moved to a new warehouse, and that when the order is despatched, they'll send me a confirmation email, and from that point on, I can expect delivery within 3 - 5 working days.

I havn't had any problems, I ordered the away shorts and socks 5 days ago and they came yesterday, no problems..

Arrogant bar stewards - its not as though that stuff is cheap - you would normally expect a basic level of service but because its CFC and theyve got your money upfront they treat you like an irritant

Can't say I'm too happy, but at least there isn't a problem with the payment, or with the order itself. I'll give them another few days then if there's no movement, I'll get on to them again and demand my money back.
