New book on Chelsea's Champions League winning season 2011/12
Updated, i'll have further look through the document and re-upload in the early morning. Btw, aging is actually an "american" english usage of ageing. Didn't know that until I wondered why it wasn't underlined red. Again thanks for buying it. It's now no.1 in Champions League books It was proof read but by my friends and family so no wonder some were missed. Next time as you've been helpful I'll send you a copy of the next one I do for free Hopefully it will keep your interest thoughout. If you have anythoughts on how to improve it for subsquent releases then let me know.

Looking forward to playing number 3. The first was fantastic. Loved the Dwarf Noble prologue :) The second was a bit meh though.

New book on Chelsea's Champions League winning season 2011/12
Any typos you find please tell me :) A 2004/5 season book would be enjoyable to write and a lot easier to listen to than 3/4 AVB lol! Perhaps if it would be ok once more people have reviewed the book, I could put a poll up to ask what season people would like?

What is Your Least Favourite Chelsea XI?
Malouda blew hot and cold for me. It took him a long time to get going but under Ancelotti in 2009/10 he was exceptional. A danger to any team we faced. After that he declined rapidly into 2010 and beyond. I still remember the despair of seeing Kalou and Malouda on the wings at certain points of past seasons. To say he should be in the least favourite teams is a bit unfair as he gave us all some good memories :)

PES 2015

New book on Chelsea's Champions League winning season 2011/12
Again I do apologise and understand if you feel this way. I have posted on other threads and am quite active on other Chelsea sites recently. One of which was kind of enough to post a link to my book on the front of their facebook page. The book as Beerqueen said above is for Chelsea fans and has been incredibly difficult to get to people's interest. We Chelsea fans have a severe lack of titles compared to the other EPL clubs on Amazon and the other online bookstores and all I wanted to do was bring it to people's attention.

New book on Chelsea's Champions League winning season 2011/12
If I have offended you, then I do apologise. If you look at the actual book itself, it really isn't a way of making a quick buck as I will end up loosing money realistically due to the long, long time I took making this to the equivelent working hours I could have done instead in my job compared to the units that will be realistically sold. It's never too late to edit and resubmit, though with Amazon it does take awhile. If you do see some send me a PM and i'll change them all. It is a 135,000 word book so I'm bound to have some slip through the net.

New book on Chelsea's Champions League winning season 2011/12
Actually it was in discussions with a Man Utd fan that this came about on a long shift spent reading the hilarious parody reviews posted about their epic trophyless season on amazon made me look at if we ourselves had anything in the way of books on the Champions League. We do have one at £7.99 and 60 pages but nothing substantial so this was written. The title "Phoenix project" is in reference to Villas Boas' neverending talk about his "project" and how it was going to revolutionise Chelsea. The phoenix part is the rising from the ashes of Naples and West Brom to somehow, someway return to beat Napoli, Benfica, one of the best teams of all time in Barcelona, Liverpool at Wembley and finally our first ever Champions League win against Bayern in their own backyard. It's amazing in retrospect and was a lot of fun to write about and I hope everyone that reads it enjoys it too. However never having to listen to Villas Boas again is something i'm going to savour now for a long time.

Have you tried the purchases on Amazon and then resend? Has anyone else had this problem? Please let me know what you think of the book as I would like to write some more of these if there is demand.

New book on Chelsea's Champions League winning season 2011/12
Hi fellow Shed enders. I'd just like to make you aware of my new book on our Champions League winning season is out on Amazon and other booksites. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Phoenix-Project-Chelsea-Champions-League-ebook/dp/B00PHP91VW/ref=sr_1_sc_3?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1416310429&sr=1-3-spell&keywords=the+pheonix+project The book has at least 486 pages of comment, interviews and match reports to bring back memories of what looked like a season of despair into the greatest cup win in our history! This is the only complete season review on Amazon for any Chelsea season, if it starts to sell better, I'd like to complete a back history of our seasons for our fans to read. Please give the preview a read and let me know what you think of it. If you do buy it please leave a review, good or bad. Many thanks David

Any game recommendation?
Let's hope they've got their act together after the disaster that was 2014. Remember going into the lobbies and they were in single figures. PES on the PS2 was the highpoint of the series. Some fantastic games in PES 3-6.

Liverpool v Chelsea (PL) 08/11/2014 KO 12:45 GMT
Great win for the blues! Deserved win, nevermind the Cahill incident at the end. Great to see Costa scoring again, unbelievable the change to our team has made, actually having a striker that scares the life out of defenders. Roll on West Brom!

Oscar - Little Diamond
I personally am surprised about how good a season, he's had. When he first joined I thought he'd be similar to Kaka was for AC Milan. The skill and goals against Juventus above still Like some of the other posters, I would have been very tempted to sell him for £35-45 million in the summer as he seemed to have drifted out of the team by the end of last season. However what a season he's having so far... long may it continue for five more years!

Hello to everyone
Hi to everyone Long time lurker here and it's about time I've signed up. I've been supporting Chelsea for 29 years through the ups and downs and am looking forward to discussing what comes next with you all. I am currently getting started in the writing business and have published two books, one on history and the other on our very own Champions League winning campaign :) David
