  1. Allocation of 1,500.
  2. Will try and go to this one. Wonder if the club will run any travel, seems like getting back will be difficult if not driving.
  3. 'On his arrival in Turin, Cuadrado was greated by awaiting fans...' Imagine going to the airport to see Juan Cuadrado; who the feck has got time for that nonsense?!
  4. Just watched the highlights. JT contact was so, so minimal. Absolutely love Zouma, but he just needs to calm down a bit and play the simple pass sometimes. That will come with experience though.
  5. That's more f**king like it. Pedro looks a class act.
  6. Atmosphere at the ground is building nicely, let's hope we get the 3 points and kick our season off today.
  7. Spot on selection from Jose. Excellent that there's no Berahino.
  8. Yes, but my post was referring to him being the last Chelsea manager to win at The Hawthorns.
  9. Terry was by far the best centre half in the toughest league to be a defender in Europe last season. To say Cahill is even close to the level of JT is deluded, as is comparing it to the Courtois/Cech situation. Courtois is world class; as much as I like Cahill, he is not even close to world class. Sentiment completely aside, John Terry should be the first name on Sunday's teamsheet. f**k phasing him out; we need our best players now, and JT undoubtedly is that.
  10. Terry is twice the player of Cahill. Taking him off instead of Cahill last week was a huge mistake. We would not have conceded the 2nd and 3rd goals with JT on the pitch. This guy was the best player in the prem (barring Hazard) last season and now people are saying he shouldn't even start, just 3 short months later. By all means, we need Zouma's pace, but not at the expense of everything JT brings to the team. Talk on the Guardian podcast that Mourinho won't even acknowledge JT; I really hope this is not true.
  11. For me, there's no way Ivanovic should be dropped for this game, despite his shocking form. This is a massive high pressure match; lose and we will be flirting very closely with crisis territory, certainly not the time to be throwing the likes of Rahman and RLC in. I'd start Courtois, Ivanovic, Terry, Zouma, Dave, Mikel, Matic, Fabregas, Willian, Hazard, Costa. Though I am concerned about Costa's fitness, he was totally off the pace at City. I'd have Pedro as an option from the bench, an excellent one at that, as I'd say Sunday is a little bit too soon to throw him straight in.
  12. Does anyone know how busy the metro is at the hawthorns after a game? How long roughly do you have to wait to catch one? It's my first visit and trying to plan train times. Cheers.
  13. Fully expect to see the same starting 11 as last week, unfortunately.
  14. WBA will almost certainly sit back and pack the midfield. Pulis said as much after the City game, that he would never play as open as that against one of the big teams again.
  15. I'd sell my mother to get Pogba in a Chelsea shirt, reckon she'd do a better job on the right-wing than Cuadrado, too.

Delighted with the signing. Still think we're crying out for a DM to partner Matic.
  17. Be interesting to see if Pedro goes straight into the starting eleven for this.

Very interesting, that'll do nicely. Has wound up my Utd supporting colleagues if nothing else. Wonder if he'll go straight in at WBA.
  19. There's no chance he'll drop Ivanovic for Rahman.
  20. Zouma and Terry have to start together. Second and third goals yesterday wouldn't have been conceded with Terry on the park and we desperately need Zouma's pace alongside him.
  21. There will be no shocks in the lineup. Jose will stick to what he knows and trusts. It'll be the same team with Oscar back in.
  22. Just home in time to see the highlights (Christ knows why I'm watching that again). Fernandinho elbow was very nasty and should have been a red. Had it been the other way round, it would have been 'Costa's crimes' all over again and he'd have been slapped with a retrospective ban. Consistency would be nice.
