Since Mourinho come back to Chelsea he might of spent money but there has been a lot of money incoming. Spurs have spent loads over the last few years. All the top clubs spend every year. Even if you win the league you improve. Mourinho probably did want to spend 10 years at Chelsea, does anyone actually think that was going to happen lol. He won the prem 2 yrs out of 3 in his first spell and got the sack.

With players like Mata and Luiz Chelsea got really good money for them, hopefully we can do the same for Oscar. I would take Mata over Oscar any day of the week, you only need one runner in your team and that's Willian, we need some creativity in the team like a Mata brings. I was gutted about Luis, quality LB never given a chance by Mourinho, he would be the answer now if only given a chance. Was also disappointed with KDB, played well first game then never got another chance. Don't take long for Mourinho to take a dislike, as much as I love the bloke and stick up for him I do think this is his downfall. Salah, Moses, Lukaku's futures where decided with not much football. Look at Bertrand now, probably England's best LB in my opinion.

What do you mean 10 years at a club? This is a results business and Chelsea more than anyone have proved this. You don't get time to build for 10 years because as soon as the results go bad your sacked. The days of 10 years are long gone.

Great post, it really feels like when Mourinho was manager of Chelsea and winning all these trophies some fans couldn't even celebrate. Like you said he won the Champions League with Inter and with Porto. Won god knows how many more trophies. The man is one of the best managers ever and will only add to his Trophy Cabinet.
