It was about Mikel and Matic playing in the same position and playing Mikel is pointless, trying to get the form back from someone who was the best dm in the prem last year and arguably one of the best in Europe would be a better option.

Defiantly but Mikel is Hiddinks Golden boy. It would make more sense to play Matic, tell him here's your chance to regain some confidence and form and get back to the player who won the PL.

Like I have said, you really think that was Guus's decision? It was a no brainier to give other players a chance and it could of been done a lot sooner when he was chasing the unbeaten run.

Of course playing the youngsters and fringe players is in relation to Contes appointment and next season, why wouldn't it be? The club would be crazy not to use this opportunity to give everyone games. Problem is Guus don't know a half decent sub if it slapped him in the face, I know one thing is he still wouldn't sub Mikel at half time if he scored a hat trick of own goals before half time.

I wouldn't criticism Guus for playing youth or fringe players but theres also people praising Guus which is abit stupid because it has come from the board or whoever and once they ask Guus to do that he has no choice really, it's the club that pays his wages. But then he don't play Traore or Kennedy, I've seen him take youngsters off at half time and Guus will generally always sub the youngsters most. Then you don't sub your CB at half time. I wonder if Guus is trying to make up for all the times he has to be woken up at the 80min to be reminded he can make a sub.

And you think it's Guus decision to play youth? Guus decision to drop Courtois? Guus decision to play reserve players? Haha Some of it is he has no choice with injuries But most of it has come from the new manager and higher above Guus. We had nothing to play for a good while ago but Guus hasn't changed it till recently when he most likely has been told to. But taking youth players off all the time and the CB at half time is really great, let's see how a player deals with it rather than keep playing the CB and let him make amends in the second half, abit weird that.

Your right about the criticism of players, youth players and others like Baba and Miazga need a good amount of games before there judged, taking the CB of at half time was a terrible decision and what must that do to the players confidence.

What I am saying is I think his good enough as a player to not just be relied on with his connection with the fans. To get what you want the board should of put measures in place years ago by not sacking managers left right and centre, every manager who comes to Chelsea knows if you don't get results within 6 months your sacked, so why would they take risks with youngsters who will have passion. Chelsea is in a good position of actually giving some youngsters game time till the end of the season. Surely fans would love to see RLC bossing the midfield and getting a run of games. That will make fans excited and have more of a connection.

I want JT at Chelsea next year because his still our best CB and is still one of the best in the PL. He knows he won't and can't play every game but he will be an essential part of the squad. His leadership on and off the pitch is second to none and while Chelsea are bringing in new players and hopefully giving youngsters a chance I think JT being there is a non brainer.

Actually I have critised Mourinho on other threads for many things. The Eva row, playing the same out of form players, not giving players a chance including Luis last year who I rated. Then in the end Mourinho had lost the dressing room, why only the players and coach know. I critised Mourinho for all them things like I do for the things I said before for Hiddink. Your getting my Arsenal point wrong, how many years have Arsenal started well then faltered off the second half of the season. That's my point about pressure, less pressure for Arsenal in the first half of the season then when its squeaky bum time they falter. Mourinhos and Hiddinks games are not really comparable because of the opposition faced, how in or out of form those clubs where, injuries, suspensions. When have I said Arsenal have a identity?

Same people celebrate the trophies he won that never wanted him there lol. Won less trophies than Di Matteo in his first season back. Rafa and Di Matteo must be better managers then.

But there ok when they back you up ;) If Hiddinks and Mourinhos records was identical but Hiddink had 10 players out injured it would be mentioned. If Mourinho had 10 players out injured it would be excuses excuses, that's the sort of people your debating with.

Fans pay a lot of money to go to football games/merchandise which is paying towards these footballers massive wages. When you see Costa, fabregas and Hazard not putting in any effort and they earn the money do it takes the p***. Specially the first two who decided to up there game once the manager got sacked but Hazard has decided he wants out. I guess particularly with me is with someone like Iva is his played s*** most of the year but he never gets dropped. Same with Oscar, I can't remember the last good game. The fans would love to see RLC get some good mins, like Alli with Spurs and it gets fans excited and off there seats seeing a talented British youngster playing.

Of course it's right where Chelsea are regarding league position since Hiddink took over. But there can't be comparisons to Mourinho because it's different times of the season and it's different part of the season for every other club. It also doesn't mean Chelsea would finish top 4, far from it. If Chelsea would be in the top 4 under Hiddink so far it truly shows the lack of quality this year. Chelsea have been poor to watch under Hiddink, so boring and mechanical. The man hates making a sub and when he does its only because of a injury or never makes sense. To sum Grandad up he just wants to protect his unbeaten record and basically said that in his latest interview. So expect more of Iva, Mikel and co and less of RLC I reckon.
