I hate how we are in this position again.. I totally understand why Sarri wants to leave though and I think he is completely right to move before his rep gets damaged by the board of our club. Sone fans have behaved like brats and I think we can blame them as well ‘cause Sarri was never going to feel loved as long as they would boo him and Jorginho whenever we were a goal down.. I really hope the board doesn’t appoint Lampard right now, he deserves to grow and develop himself as a manager so he can be ready when he comes home! The only option I am rooting for right now is Mourinho. He is the best manager in our history and I think he’ll come and help us if we are in need. For Mourinho this could be an opportunity to redeem himself in England and a chance to prove that he can still do it. It looks like we won’t be able to buy any players, and I think that’s the biggest potential reason for him to say no to Chelsea. According to several of his biographers and media reports he is still friends with Abramovich and he still loves the club. He said some things about Chelsea when he was at Manchester United but that’s not really an issue for me. He was the manager of the opponent, we know he does anything to give him and his team the edge so we know this was just a mind game. The whole “Judas” thing came to be thanks to some fans who shouted abuse, again I can’t fault him for reacting to that.. I hope we give Mourinho another chance to prove that he is not “one of the bottle”, but that he is a Special One!

Because the Courtois we've seen during the World Cup or at Atletico Madrid has never shown up at Chelsea. His heart doesn't seem to be in it and he plays like it. Courtois did okay, but I feel that he never really lived up to his potential. Just look at away game at Barcelona last season (this is just one example, I know, but it's the first one that comes to mind). Chelsea were better at home, they had a lot of chances and were unlucky to not win that game by atleast 2 goals.. Chelsea went out because of Courtois' errors! The rest of the team never stood a chance after he let that ball in in the third minute! The reason we won the title in '16-'17 wasn't Courtois. The great defensive unit in front of him did all the work and he still made some pretty major mistakes.. I think everything we've won since he became the first GK is more inspite of Courtois than thanks to Courtois!

Finally! Abramovich finally got what he wanted for so long: a manager who will play beautiful, attacking football! The appointment of someone like Sarri is long overdue in my opinion and I think it’s the best decision Chelsea had made in a long time. The main problem is that Chelsea have been inactive for most of the transfer window and with one week left to go I doubt we’ll see another big signing coming to The Bridge.. That means we’ll maybe sell Courtois and get a replacement in before the first league game but not much more than that. Sarri will have to transform this squad from the boring and extremely defensive team it was under Conte (I don’t where to begin to explain how much he made me hate the 3-5-2 formation) into a new modern, attacking team! That will take time, maybe even a lot of time. Will he get it? The potential is there. Chelsea have many players that can press high up the field, can be creative on the ball and keep possession, but the transition will take time! Players like Pedro, Fabregas, Morata, Hazard, Kante and Jorginho are perfectly capable of doing all of that. We know this, because we’ve seen them do it in the past. My main concern are the four at the back though. If David Luiz is the one to lead from centre back, than we will be conceding goal after goal. Rudiger isn’t good enough in my opinion and should be replaced with Christensen. I hope we’ll get to see Azpiliqueta as a centre back instead of as a right back. He can lead from the back, pass the ball really well and knows where to stand and defend. He should be the one to coach Christensen, help Christensen grow into that role! I think Chelsea need to buy a right back more than we need anything else. Moses and Zapacosta aren’t really going to cut it, because I don’t think they’re good enough. I hope Courtois will leave before the end of the week as I also think that he isn’t good enough. He had an amazing amount of potential, but his entire goal at Chelsea seems to have been to get to Real Madrid. Let him go, and maybe sign a goalkeeper who wants to play for Chelsea! The defence is the biggest problem in my opinion. The defence will make or break Sarri this season, because I think that Chelsea have got loads of options in attack that can turn the club into the most attacking and enjoyable to watch team in the Premier League! But will Sarri feel that he is given the time to implement his style? That will be the biggest question. Will Sarri feel supported to change the style of play that this team had to endure during Conte’s dreadful last season? Will he be fearing for his job after the first few months turn out not exactly like we’d want them to, or will he be assured that he will be backed in January or in the next summer transfer window? Just look at how much time it took Pep or Klopp to Manchester City and Liverpool to where they are now. Chelsea are famous for not giving their managers this time and I can’t help but feel that if we don’t finish in the top four, Sarri will sacked as well.

I can't wait to see him leave.. He doesn't want to be at Chelsea, and to be honest: we could do a lot worse than Thibaut Courtois! He was one of the biggest talents of his generation, but he never lived up to his talent in my opinion. Looking back, I think we should have sold him to Atletico Madrid or Real Madrid in the summer of 2015. Petr Cech, a club legend, was replaced by this ungrateful man and that was a mistake looking back on it..

Liverpool are 2-0 up now.. I can't believe just how horrible the team has been these last few weeks.. I get the feeling that players like Hazard, Courtois and Moses are done with Conte and have decided they want him out of the club. It just continues to amaze me when I see them play.. It's like they don't want to be in the Champions League next season. Conte should have been sacked in November imo... His attitude has just been toxic these past few weeks

I try to but it is very difficult of course I always start with my real age, no experience as a pro and as The Netherlands under 19 coach. That gives a great insight in the current Dutch youth and makes me know which players to buy when I take a job at a club.. Normally I try to come to Sparta Rotterdam because of the fact that they have a very good youth department, and they are in the second division in Holland which means I can take over without having that much experience.. I just love this game haha

So I went to the store and got it, and I did not see the light of day again for about three days.. I was hooked, this game was just amazing!

I am really looking forward to this game! This is the game of the year for me as I've put over 500 hours in FM15 and almost 900 in FM 14.. What are some of the features you'd like to see? - I would really like to be able to talk trash about other managers again, as I could do in FM 12. Making Arsene Wenger angry at me was always one of the funniest things to do - Also I want to have better interviews.. These pre and post-match interviews are dull and always the same.. - Ooh oooh and I hope they make the steamshop work this year, because last year was just terrible..

Haha yeah, I don't know but he just gradually grew on me I guess.. He just is/was a magnificent player, scoring insanely important goals for us haha.. Also scoring for the best national team ever in two seperate EC finals.. Just an amazing player!

I have officialy started to support Chelsea in 2008-'09 when I went to Middlesbrough-Chelsea (0-5) with my family and some friends! Players like Deco, Lampard Drogba made such a huge impression on me, but the one player I absolutely love in Blue was Fernando Torres.. He is without a shadow of a doubt my favorite player! Our season so far has not been good.. Ivanovic, Cesc, Terry and Matic have been very disappointing, but I don't think we have to worry! Why? Because we have the best manager in the world, we have the best goalkeeper in the world and some other world class players who will pull us through in the end! Our aim should be a top-4 spot now, because I think that that is our number one priority..
