  1. There are multiple formations a manager can deploy to balance the team.
  2. Why is Palmer being mentioned? He comes in and replaces Enzo in the role he was afforded last season.
  3. First smart thing this club has done in a while if so.
  4. International football should not be any foundation for club signings, I thought we would learn our lesson.
  5. Mourinho activating Nico Paz’s buy back clause to sell him onto a European club. Need to push for him to be included in the Enzo deal, would be a huge upgrade.
  6. Hato had 100+ games for A**x before he came, not comparable to Acheampong. Josh was hardly afforded a chance last season, perhaps we would have fared better if we started him over cabbages like Gusto.
  7. Couldn’t disagree more
  8. I wouldn't say there's any hugely difficult periods here. Couple of difficult games back to back but a pretty nice fixture list overall.
  9. Gibbs White finished the season on 15 goals while actually contributing all over the pitch. That's what we should expect from Enzo as a minimum with the attacking freedom he's allowed.
  10. Playing for a lower tier side and outperforming Enzo in a better side. What does that say about Enzo? Yes, i remember KDH playing for us. He was afforded 250 minutes in the premier league because BlueCo couldn't afford to see their poster boy dropped. Since leaving he's proven he's every bit as effective as Enzo in a much worse team. Transfer fees are irrelevant when you look at what they're producing on a match day.
  11. Pedro Neto is better than Gordon and i think my opinion on Pedro Neto is widely known on here.
  12. Reece James was and is the captain. Enzo was shoehorned in because the club wasted 120M on him and had to justify them getting ripped off by trying to make him the face of the club. Enzo repaid them by racially abusing his teammates, ghosting for most of the season, arguing with team mates on the pitch and then forcing a move after helping us to a 10th place finish. Great leader. Its a shame to see people be so weak minded and buy into BlueCo's PR. At least they have seen the error of their ways and their failure and are letting him leave.
  13. We were always a stepping stone for him to move to Spain. He's a mercenary, like he showed pushing for the move from Benfica.
  14. Reece James is the captain. Enzo was BlueCo's vanity project that has failed and he's using his fantastic leadership qualities to force a move from the club. What a leader!
  15. Unconvincing first half but looks like Tuchel gave them the kick up the arse they needed at half time. Could have scored 3 or 4 in the first 15 minutes of the second half and dominated from then onwards. How Anthony Gordon has blagged a move to Barca i'll never know. What a truly awful footballer. Rashford or Rogers has to start on the left going forward. Guehi in for Konsa too. Pickford looked shaky but he's usually always reliable for England. Rice couldn't make a progressive pass to save his life but he's never going to get dropped. Excited for the tournament as there's not many teams that look good. Lets see if we can play like the second half going forward.
  16. Its relevant when you compare his value to what other LB's go for in the market. We got a good deal for him. You're not going to get £80M for a pretty limited full back.
  17. Literally nothing you listed shows leadership. Young? PLays with Messi? World cup winner? How do any of these point to great leadership? To counter it to show why he isn't a leader: Happy to racially abuse his own team mates on international duty. Spent the last two transfer windows briefing the media that he wants to leave. Constantly moans at his team mates on the pitch. Goes missing for 90% of games and 'lead' the team to some of the worst league finishes in decades. I understand you have a man crush, but lets look at the actual facts in front of us. Innit.
  18. Guess which is Enzo and which is KDH. One finished 10th, the other 13th. I think the comparison is more than fair and its insulting to insinuate KDH is a terrible footballer.
  19. What other specialist RB options are there? Trippier? Kyle Walker?
  20. The general consensus is just that he’s a pretty average footballer, on par with the likes of KDH with quirky hipster PR. Don’t get upset about imaginary scenarios, it’s not healthy.
  21. If the choice was Trev or specialist RB Trent I’d trust Trev to defend much better
  22. Spurs are the only club that’s signing anyone and that’s mainly free transfers. With deals already agreed we’ve already signed more players than any other PL team this window. World Cup windows always have the majority of the deals concluded post-tournament.
