No they appear from other clubs when you pay for them, hence you buy from other clubs, no team produces a first 11 of their homegrown youth mate don't be silly, if a big team brings through 1 player from their youth academy to the first team that is a star every 5 years they have done well. In our league the answer is good scouting and money to back manager, Tottenham have come on some very good players relatively cheap but that's not a sustainable model, what is sustainable is being commercially successful and reinvesting to stay an elite team, youth don't really come into this picture at all in 2018 football, like it or not these are the facts of reality, our youth team is good they do their job and make us money, RCL is a decent player but never would we pay money for him to improve our team, or any of our other youth they just aren't good enough, it's not easy to make it at elite level, this is just reality.

The youth while romantic is not the answer in this high power league i'm afraid, the answer is cash to back the manager, RLC and Tammy arent winning us the league or improving the bench even
