On a bit of a roll Val. Kicking myself for picking Pulisic over Mount. Even when I was typing Pulisic I was saying to myself Mount ffs.

Why would you hand a team the title who are currently 3rd. Yes they score a lot but their defence is so so and they will need a lot of luck to win IMO. A couple of injuries to key players and with their squad they’re f**ked.

Between Mount and Mendy, chose Mendy. Silva, Trev, Christiansen were decent. Kai definitely improving IMO. Getting stronger and his hold up play is better. Great decision to lay off for Mounts goal.

Should have taken 3 points on Sunday and took 1. Shouldnt have got anything tonight and got all 3. Stupid f**king game.

Don’t expect to see Saul in the second half, in fact I don’t expect to see him in a Chelsea shirt again. Fear that Mount mightn’t come back out, looked sore going of. All the protest was because the players feared it might have been a red and sometimes it might have been. f**kkng hate the Watford players who like to dish it out but roll about with a simple touch.

Obvious mistake by Pulisic. The awkward angle was caused by Havertz having to keep trying to delay his run when the pass should have been played mush earlier. I’d replace both Havertz and Saul at half time. In fact replace Saul now.

Really poor start for us. Watford are leaving the boot in a bit. Ref needs to sort that. midfield need to get hold of the ball.

Game beginning to worry me. James and Chiilie have been brilliant as attacking wind backs and that was only two weeks ago. Big big difference with Alonso and Dave. Also I’m not sure if either Saul or RLC as a holding MF. Going to stick though with my 4-0 prediction but feel we might slip a couple of goals.

I like him, his personally, his effort, he seems to be popular in the squad. I wished more than any other player that things would turn for him and was sure it would this season. However I think I’ve had it. Can’t take any more of these let downs. I think he will probably have to move on for his own sake. When the crowds came back they give him brilliant support but I can see that changing and I don’t want to witness that.

Looks a bit like it. I know there are many CHO fans on here who have been waiting for him to fulfil his potential for a while now and have been a bit OTT on recent performances. He has been playing well but his final output hasn’t maybe been top notch especially his finishing. On the other side are the Pulisic fans who see him as being the great redeemer and CHO apparently playing in his favoured position. They’re were just waiting for that game were CHO makes a couple of errors in their opinion and they are also OTT in their assessment. My own reading of the opportunities that he had without taking still images and drawing lines, is on the first chance 90% of forwards go for goal and I wouldn’t expect anything different. It was an alright save but CHO should have scored and if Pulisic had been in the same position he would have shot and I would expect him to score. On the second chance he should have passed and if he decides to shoot at least get some power in it. Strange thing is in his academy days he use to blast shots in from all over the place. ATM I think CHO has been doing enough to keep his position over Pulisic. Had to check there but it’s hard to believe that CHO only turning 21 a couple of weeks ago.

But we weren’t playing a big team today. They are miles behind the top 3 teams and a mid table team at best. They came to frustrate and defend and hope for a luckily break with Jorginho gifted them. They parked the bus and we just couldn’t break through. We needed CHO to score that early change and it would have been 4/5.

Don’t see the brilliance of it really. He’s been told not to get hammered and pick the most defensive team possible leaving a couple of speedies up top and hope for a break. Big Sam team and he was never called brilliant.
