Highly doubt this is happening. But if does happen I hope his demands are met. Zidane and Roman need to be speaking directly to each other. The board and the transfer/loan policy is what has really ruined this club and made us worse than the likes of Spurs and Arsenal in recent times. If Zizou was to have complete control and got everything his own way, that would be ideal. As long as the board are dictating transfers and what not though, we are going to keep on failing and things wont change no matter how many new managers we bring in. Its time to end the cycle.

I feel like games like this against really weak opposition seems to gas up our team so much when in reality we are still really bad. Malmo isn't even a proper team, a few seasons ago we would have buried 5 or 6 past them without any hesitation

I think he can excel in the Jorginho role and should replace Jorg there. Kovacic with Kante and RLC in front of him seems like it has plenty of potential

He was good a few years ago, but hes definitely past it now. The odd good performance here and there coupled with a few good set pieces doesnt negate the fact that over the course of a whole season he is pretty poor.

Most embarrassing performances I have ever witnessed as a chelsea fan have both come in the past 2 weeks... An utter and complete shambles. Carragher was right in saying that we have become what Arsenal have been for the past few years in which they have been getting battered by big teams. At least under Conte and Jose, we played really awful negative football at times. Maybe the stats were really one sided.. But the scoreline would rarely ever go over 2-0. Losing to 4-0 to Bournemouth and 6-0 to City is beyond embarrassing. I know Sarri is easy to blame, and of course he does share in the blame. But until the board completely changes the way the clubs run, im afraid in the long term nothing is going to change for us. Changing managers who have a short burst of doing well, then they fail inevitably due to poor transfers and our loan system and then they get sacked and we repeat the process again and again... To think that this might not even be the worst point of the season is frightening.
