I saw the goal replay (was out running errands). Chelsea were very generous to gift that goal. There is a lot to blame to go around but really thought the keeper should have done something besides falling down.

I would like to see Alonso play as a LW. Defending does not seem to bother him but Alonso can score from outside the box and can deliver good crosses and passes into the box. Our midfield does not have that dynamic passer atm.

Just cannot see why Chelsea would not pay Rudiger. Getting a replacement in via transfer fee and wages will be even more expensive. If this is what the backups look like we need to keep him.
