  1. Look at the list again, because I didn't put Alonso in it. I don't like Alonso as a defender, but I damn well know he ain't a flop. However, just like Jorginho, he is a disappointing player to me. Well he's one of the longest serving Chelsea players that's why. Torres and Morata were flops but still scored goals for Chelsea.
  2. Errrr, I never said he is a flop first and foremost. Yes I was itching to put him in that list, but I didn't do it in the end. So no, I do not consider him a flop in that case. Yes he has been the same player since day 1 we signed him, which is to me a disappointment. He was first brought in to bring Sarriball to life in Chelsea. Sarriball was a flop. Now whether you are going to point to other players or Sarri that's fine. But Jorginho that season didn't really change us. We had 6-0 City and horrid Bournemouth defeats. But ever since Jorginho has done pretty much average performances. There are some outstanding ones over the years, but you can just about count them with your fingers. Again, how many times Jorginho ended up MOTM or even nominated for POTM? He's supposed to be one of the main guys at Chelsea. Instead we see him making mistakes, slow on the ball, loses the ball almost everytime a player presses him etc. Passes in to the final third isn't really an achievement, because you can sideways in to the final third. We have nobody else that's why. We are suppose to replace him.
  3. Well that clears everything then.
  4. But 10 years ago, we actually had a squad that was better than Liverpool's. And a much better mentality. We had a striker who scores for fun in Wembley. It's role-reversal now (minus from the striker part but they have Mane).
  5. Nah, he's not. I expected much more from him. That's why he's a disappointing signing for me. How many times Jorginho won MOTM for example? Or Player of the Month? Don't give me that "3rd place in Ballon d'Or" crap because he only got there because of the trophies won in a short space of time. Next Ballon d'Or he'll drop to the bottom of the list. When I think of our CL run for example and who were the big stars on getting that trophy for us, I can think of 6 players minimum who did better ahead of Jorginho.
  6. Shev, Zappacosta, Morata, Old Higuain (loan), Falcao, Torres, Lukaku, Bakayoko, Bats, Drinkwater, Saul (loan), Emerson, Barkley, Kepa (for the price we got him), Papy Djilobodji (YES I REMEMBER HIM), Baba Rahman... I was itching to put Jorginho in this list as well, but he is more of a disappointing signing than a complete dud like Alonso. I'm sure I'm missing some more in this list. Those are the ones I can think of on the top of my head. No kidding. Some of these duds are actually still here.
  7. Clearlake has the final say over Boehly on Chelsea's future. Clearlake may approve most things Boehly wants, but if Clearlake for some reason distrusts Boehly, they can get someone else in to run Chelsea. And that's when the dominoes fall.
  8. Yep, RM had no business going to the semis as we dominated them but because of our pathetic mistakes, we gifted them the semis. City had overall dominance as well but two blinding mistakes has cost them. For Liverpool to win the CL, they must not gift RM any mistakes.
  9. It's not the same though. City's turnaround against QPR was for them to win the PL. This one was for them to have a shot in the final which they may still lose anyway.
  10. 2 Super Cups mind you. 🙂 Bit disappointed they have more league titles than us though in a short space of time.
  11. City only have the league to chase. Problem is some of their players like Walker are injured now. And City will be completely knackered and devastated. It's going to take them a while to shake it off. Damn. If City just drop points one more time, game over. The title's Liverpool's. We have no hope in hell to beat Liverpool. It's really up to RM to produce a moment like they did against City to have a chance.
  12. I don't. Actions have consequences. Should have stayed with us.
  13. Another season, another no CL for Pep and City. Lol.
  14. This "hilarious" Real side beat us. Just remember that.
  15. It's not. Mahrez scored in the 75th minute and they were two goals ahead. The tie looked certainly done. It was a massive shocker that RM got their shots on target for the first time in the 90th minute and they were goals.
  16. Yeah, City will be devastated after this.
  17. Spoke to a random Pool fan from church and said he is still hurt from that Gerrard slip. He loved Gerrard and we stopped him from lifting the PL trophy. That game was one of my top favourite moments as a Chelsea fan. I remember these dipper fans in uni telling me we will get smashed at Anfield 6/7-0 with complete ease. Who the hell do they think they were? I was streaming the game live on my phone in the library as I was revising for my exams. I was extremely nervous especially when we parked 10 buses. When that slip happened, and scored. I got out of my seat uncontrollably - fists in air. People around looked at me. Kind of embarrassed myself but it was like a coke bottle exploded in my veins. Couldn't help it. After the game, I rubbed it SO hard on those fools. Back to today, I told him that story. He said to me, "Well, thank you for making the quad a reality anyway. Thanks for the LC and the FA Cup". No response from me because I don't want to look like a fool. But I seriously hope their quad dreams come to a crashing end.
  18. Fair. At least you understood where I'm coming from.
  19. Alonso I can just about get it..just about. But Lukaka? He can't shoot or head to save his life.
  20. The Boehly team are confident to get this done at the end of the week. Or, so they say. It's down to RA. He has to do something soon, otherwise it's the end of CFC.
  21. The government cannot kick out Bruce and Marina unless they have direct ties to the Kremlin. I mean, Bruce is an American lol.
  22. I want to know why Ratcliffe is going this now. When we are about to close. Why?
  23. No, what happened is that Liverpool made a tactical change (bring on Diaz) and everything fell in to pieces for Villarreal. Also Liverpool at the first half were cruising thinking the tie was done. That HT talk from Klopp woke them up.
  24. No just finishing 3rd wouldn't. Especially now we are sucked in to the top 4 race. In the TT thread, I posted our points tally for the last 4 seasons. We are aiming to finish the same number of points the last time we finished 3rd in the league (72). While you have Arsenal breathing down our necks. Also like I said, the last time we ended up with no trophies (I know we won the SC/CWC but they are not major trophies, UEFA doesn't even class SC as a major) we ended up going to the market and spent some money. I mean, from what you said here, the same thing SHOULD happen at the end of this season if we fail to win the FA cup. Lampard's "4th place" was an achievement to most and we went to the market. It doesn't make you blind, but you won't be as angry, disappointed or frustrated if you see no movement in the summer. Because if somehow we beat Liverpool in style and Jorginho, Alonso, Azpi were all in that XI...I've seen it before man. It may not be you exactly, but the other fans will be very lenient. Lol. Listen. Even if we beat Pool in the final, you're still going to have endless weeks of the media enduring the dippers if they win the treble. There's nothing we can do about that. This is why I'm so focused on getting these players out, so we can challenge eventually and put a permanent stop to the dippers. Regards to Jorginho, I meant he shouldn't be given a lifeline universally. That includes the board, the fans and the media. FFS, because Jorginho won the CL, SC and the Euros he finished 3rd in the Ballon d'Or! HIM of all people. That's one of the reasons why he's still here. He's now looked at as some prized asset. I said I don't care. I don't care if we lose the FA Cup. I did not say I wish or want to lose it. Because yes, for the greater good. Would I want us to be 1 step forward, 3 steps back? Or 2 steps back, 3 steps forward? Can you see why I don't care if we lose the FA Cup. I want you to be annoyed as hell. I want Chelsea fans to be annoyed as hell as these crop of players failed yet again. That would hopefully push the board and the new owners to do something about it. Because there is hardcore evidence I can easily point to you, including last summer that if we win a trophy at the end of the season, nothing significant gets done.
  25. WOAH. Where did I say I want Pool to win the quad? I'm not here dreaming about Pool winning the fecking quad. No, you have got it wrong. I want us to still get top 4. I want us to finish 3rd. You are missing the point and you just don't get it. Just because YOU want to win every game doesn't mean it's going to happen. I wanted us to beat Everton last weekend. They fecked up yet again. Doesn't that anger you? Or you just don't care? How many times are these crop of players are going to feck up for us and down-tools? Winning the FA Cup is giving them a lifeline. Because fans will no longer be that angry, disappointed and we will see "Give Jorginho another chance" etc. And it's the same cycle. And like I said before, TT will be the sacrificial lamb. FFS I want us to win every game. I want us to be CHALLENGING for every trophy and us dreaming for a quadruple. But I promise you, wholeheartedly we will never win every game (or most games) with these crop of players. It simply won't work. They are a mess. But maybe when we lose to Liverpool in a couple of weeks time, you'll understand.
