Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2021/22
Yes that league table. 1 point ahead of them. They closed the gap on us after being 8 points ahead. You are naive if you think Arteta isn’t doing a great job being THIS close to us in the table. No one gave them a prayer at the start of the season. If this was Lampard, you’ll be singing praises.

I’m not forgetting those but I’m looking at the league table. Where’s Arsenal again? We are not any better with our results, and Arsenal has more wins under their belt than us.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2021/22
At this point I don’t care about having world class coaches…as long is our coach is doing a fantastic job for our club. Arteta has beaten us way more times than I can imagine, and has beaten our world class coach twice at our home turf. I’m not saying Arteta is better because these players we have aren’t TT players, but point is that having a big name for us means nothing if it’s not translated on the pitch. And last season he did a splendid job in Europe. But we are on the verge on another disappointing, bitterend league season but you can’t say that with Arsenal.

Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
If the ref didn’t blow the whistle before Werner scored, VAR would have got involved IF the ref blew his whistle after the goal. That ref was a complete arse.

Erling Haaland
Yeah he’s 99% a City man next season.

Kai Havertz
They are only better than us right now because they have a better mentality. Most sides now are better than us simply because of that. A Championship side like Forest, if we face them now - if they have a laser focused, "must-win" mentality and we continue to have this weak mentality, we will lose to Forest. Doesn't matter what tactics you use, doesn't matter how good the players we line up. If the mentality across the team is weak, nothing is going to happen for us. TT needs to fix this issue fast. Because as it stands, Leeds and Liverpool will beat us. As for Havertz...he's a perfect example of a player at the moment who's mentality is weak. Very skilful player, and hard to play against....if his mentality is correct.

Don't be naive...Arsenal are 4th for a reason. And this is without Aubameyang (who was their top scorer before he left), Thomas Partey and Tierney who are injured. If anything WE are going nowhere at the moment.

It really doesn't matter if it was at Anfield or Wembley, Klopp wasn't outcoached. It's not like Spuds were unlucky at Anfield. The only time I saw Klopp really outcoached in 2022 (even if it was 45 minutes), was Villarreal 2nd leg.

Leeds v Chelsea (PL) Wed 11th May 2022 19:30 GMT
But that diabolical first half though. They gave up there, and that's enough for me. Why do we have to start performing after the goal? It's too late as Everton were going to park 10 buses as they were desperate for 3 points. And this team struggles hard against low-block teams. In my head, I can only remember one strong attack from us, which included us hitting the post. That's not good enough. But, we put ourselves in that position because we conceded. Pre-last international break, this side would not behave like this unless it's freak. Now it's becoming a regular.

Yes. You can throw that 2nd best away record out of the window after the Real 2nd leg. We are now a different Chelsea because one of the top key things about football is mentality. Let me remind you we were Charity FC in our last away game.

Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
The problem that I have isn't about TT and his tactics though. It's the players. They are mentally weak and currently all over the place at the moment. You think Chelsea going all panic stations in the last 15 minutes was part of Tuchel's plan? (even though his subs bar Alonso didn't help) I simply do not trust most of our players to get anything done now. The only way I can give them an ounce of trust, is that they beat Leeds 4-0 (or similar). Outcoached? Just because Spuds tightened the back doesn't mean Klopp was outcoached. Conte neutralised Klopp, but Conte still failed to beat Klopp and that's with Kane/Son the best PL duo. We don't have a Kane/Son or a clinical player to hurt them when it matters. You cannot have a draw in a final, so just neutralising is not going to help.

Edouard Mendy to Chelsea!
Purple patch. Not that I want Mendy gone but he's beginning to look suspect.
-
Marcos Alonso
So he had a hated argument with TT during half-time hence the sub (v. Wolves). Makes sense now. Alonso had an argument with Lampard and now Tuchel. I do not expect him to start anymore unless Tuchel's desperate. But I don't care, he is one of the key players that needs to go.

Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
Well, I don’t know about you - but first thing I’ll do is fecking look at the league table. That should be easy. Then the run of form. Only then our games against them. And I don’t care if it was a “draw”, Liverpool still beat us in the LC final. Also by your logic, Everton are stronger than us. That’s how silly you’re putting this.
-
Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
WTF are you trying to say? So are you saying we are stronger than them? That this team hold Liverpool by the neck? Because if I recall, we haven’t beaten Liverpool. 😂😂
-
Leeds v Chelsea (PL) Wed 11th May 2022 19:30 GMT
Arsenal have to beat Spuds to make it mathematically impossible. But if they tie, it will be very difficult for Spuds to overtake us. Basically we have to lose every PL game after Leeds.

Leeds v Chelsea (PL) Wed 11th May 2022 19:30 GMT
Arsenal has a very poor record Spuds away just a reminder.
-
Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
???? We still lost to Klopp? The final does not have to end in 90 minutes. The LC final is almost the same as this FA Cup final. The only difference really is the name. And we lost to them.
-
Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
You didn’t answer the question. United were not stronger than us.
-
Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
Doesn’t matter. And it is really different this time. When was the last time we went to a domestic cup final facing a stronger side than us (and win?)
-
Leeds v Chelsea (PL) Wed 11th May 2022 19:30 GMT
Leeds lost today. If we lose/draw to Leeds though, we have to hope Arsenal and Spuds drop points for the reminder of the season otherwise I’m putting it out there - kiss goodbye top 4.
-
Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Sat 7th May 2022 15:00 GMT
Different times and Eden Hazard. And we faced a poor United in the final. We are NOT facing a poor Liverpool so apples and oranges.

Have you been paying attention to the Boehly ownership or you just assumed he’s American therefore a Glazer. At least for 10 years, they are not allowed to collect dividends. So at least until then, Boehly-Clearlake are not Glazers.

Official Thomas Tuchel *Now Sacked*
The Womens team have better recruitment. They are queens in that league. This is why when the new owners in, we just don’t need new players in, but sack the scouting team. Bringing in Lukaku was criminal.
