Today is the 3rd anniversary of JRK signing for the club so it's only right to post a photo of one of the club's finest players.

Hey all! I'm not new to this forum but this is the first time I'm introducing myself! I became a fan of Chelsea Women when Ashley Lawrence, Kadeisha Buchanan, and Jessie Fleming were on the team. The last two springs I've come to see Chelsea play, the first time vs Arsenal aka Sockgate, and the second time for their amazing come from behind 3-0 victory over Man City in the Champions League. I'll be coming this March too to see them play Villa at Kingsmeadow for the first time, and for their home Champions League tie. I'm a big fan of my local team, AFC Toronto, as well as women's hockey. I'm hoping to go to Oslo for the champions league final regardless of whether Chelsea is there!

I will unfortunately be at a show during this one.
I will fortunately be at a show for the men’s game the day before too.

I tend to catch our games when they’re on TV, there’s less physicality and the game is a bit slower (women’s football development is years/decades behind men’s football because sexism) but I’ve enjoyed them a lot more than watching our men’s team the last two seasons!

I wish we’d had Beth England over 95% of our strikers we’ve had in the men’s team lately!

In case anyone needs pointers when assessing a statement is sexist: replace 'woman' (or 'women') with 'black', 'jew' or 'gay' and you'll know. Replace 'bitch' with 'n*gger', 'k*ke' or 'p**f'  and you'll know it's toxic.

That second half was unreal. I'm glad Sonia rested some of those players -- we need them more for Thursday. That cross by Lawrence was classic. Kaneryd's speed is unmatched. Great second half!!

Seems like we've been bang average for quite a while now.
Need Reiten (and Kerr) back big time !

CL is the big one. Sonia knows what it takes to win it.
No amount of league titles and domestic cups will cover the abject failure that would be getting knocked out by a fellow WSL side.

Erin coming up when we need her again. Different team without her.

What a game! Sonia put a rocket up their arses for the second half and was night and day between each half! Ran them ragged!
Keep that momentum and belief for the second leg this week!
  18. Nice One
Yeah I do hope they pick up the caliber but I'm most concerned about Thursday...

The second leg will be at home which is scheduled to take place of either the 26th/27th March and those dates are very unlikely to change so you should be fine!
