Surely u must off noticed taking a few though there wasn't many, I meant his dead ball kicks in general tbh weren't great. But please elaborate in the distracting awful performances at Everton?

Yes but tracks back so much more, he breaks up the play, he nicks balls, he creates chances, he makes others play. Need I go on? Don't get me wrong, I love mata but Chelsea are bigger than one player. Let someone else take the dead ball situations lol Leighton Baines if that's all u care about ! . How can u comment when u already admitted you never see the Everton game , football is all bout current from not history otherwise we might as all support Liverpool.

Im sorry but just cos one created the goal that equalised in the champs league final doesnt make someone the best ever lol the header far outweighed the delivery IMO I think you'll find the most important goal in Chelsea history came from Jesper gronkjear lol

Luiz and eto are good in the air. But lets b fair if u do t beat the first defender ( like mata at Everton) it doesn't matter if u have the best header in the world in the middle u aren't gona connect. The best deliverer in our team is kdb but that will take time to realise.

I like the balance of the team, not to many qualms from me. mikel returning will free up Rambo more and I'm sorry but hazard has to be in the team he is head and shoulders our most all round gifted player. Just wait for him to catch light, lets hope it's today. Defence looks solid and a rest for luiz. The only disappointment I have is kdb isn't in the starting line up but his time will come. A comfortable 3-0 today with eto coming good and hazard mom. Come on Chelsea- The peculiar case of Gary Barry
Well you must of watched a different game to me lol I'm not a fan but a bit harsh to dig him out on Saturdays performance.- Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
This guy is different gravy to anything else we have, we have to start using him correctly where he can cause the most damage. His close control and balance is amazing, he skips past invited challenges for fun. Not sure playing wide gets the best out of him, at times yesterday Everton tripled up on him let alone doubled! Maybe playing him in the middle as number 10 would be a better option, where he can run at slower centre backs and holding midfielders rather than pacer full backs thus causing more chaos in better positions.- The peculiar case of Gary Barry
Was extremely disappointed with Webb, 4 Chelsea players booked but a number of Everton players made just as bad challenges that went unpunished. I know many refs do it but he seemed to react to the crowd reaction more than most.- Everton v Chelsea (PL) 14/09/13 KO 17:30 BST
Those who say the mata substitution was wrong? He has been out for a while so doubt the plan was for him to see out the whole match, he hardly set the world alight for the 60 minutes he was on, and he was replaced by arguably our best player so far this season. Can't see the problem myself, the hour would have done him good and he will come on leaps and bounds in our next game. Like those who just want to criticise Mikel even though he had a good game there are those that won't admit when Mata has an average game I'm afraid.- The peculiar case of Gary Barry
Should of been booked, hazard and Ramires beat him easily at times. Why any Chelsea fan would ever think we should have considered him il never know.- MOTM vs Everton (A) (PL)
Mikel for me too. So glad most agree, listening to talksport on the way back from goodison and the first 2 supposed Chelsea fans that called in we're slagging him off. The usual "why is he still in a Chelsea shirt" bullsh*t. I have been critical of him in the past, but credit where credits due he was our best player by a mile today.- Everton v Chelsea (PL) 14/09/13 KO 17:30 BST
Can't wait my first away game of the season! Terry and luiz together are not our best partnership. Terry nowadays must play left of 2 centre backs, it's where he's most comfortable and where he reads the game so well. Switching him to the right loses 30% of his game and I think Jose will alternate terry and luiz this season and only play them together in emergency. The same reason I don't like Ivan and Cahill together as they are both prefer the right side of the two. Cahill has started the season in great form for club and country. He has been arguably our best defender so far so IMO should start. David Luiz must start, he is maturing all the time and developing into a world class centre back, his critics and detractors must be gutted. I can see cole being rested, ryan an able deputy against coleman and maybe Ivan as well as I feel dave has pace to contain Baines and give him enough to worry about going the other way. So my defence would be Cech, dave,Cahill, luiz,Ryan Midfield 2 is interesting, a position we haven't quite got right yet. Rami is stifled as an attacking threat having to be the more defensive of the 2 especially away from home. With that in mind I think we may see a return of mikel for this game, personally I'd like to see mvg given the role but have a feeling Jose won't experiment in this game.ramis pace on the counter could be instrumental Saturday. Midfield 2 mikel and Ramires Attack midfield 3 we have so many options and a lot depends on severity of knocks picked up during international week. For me schurlle has to play, he has settled in quickly into whatever position or role that is asked of him and looks a great buy already. I would play him wide right to give us width when needed but have license to swap regularly with whoever plays left side. That position if fit has to be Edens but if not kdb or Willian can adequately do a job there. I'd rest Oscar as number 10 give him time to shake his injury of completely so I think it's time for mata to return. Attacking midfield 3 Eden, mata, schurlle Striker is a choice of 2 but I'd keep etos debut until midweek and start Torres who is looking lively at the mo ad if he can add goals to his work rate in premier league matches then you never know Jose might just have cracked him ;-) Striker Torres Whatever the team hopefully we have to much for Everton but it won't be no cakewalk that's for sure.- Victor Moses
Just another example of deluded scousers living in the past lol- Manchester United v Chelsea (PL) 26/08/13 KO 19:45 BST
Will take a point at OT from what wasn't a great performance. Think the game highlighted that Ramires and Lampard cannot play together in the middle against the better sides.- Manchester United v Chelsea (PL) 26/08/13 KO 19:45 BST
Ramires not as bad as some are making out, getting around but his passing has been bad. Why is he the one taking off the defenders surely that should be Lampard who is looking off the pace himself just like the villa game. Hazard getting owned by Valencia as well. The systems obviously not working, Lukaku is needed up top at the moment we can't keep the ball. - Chelsea v Fulham (PL) 21/09/13 KO 17:30 BST
