I remember being in the bar for the shoot out in the champions league against Liverpool. When the events unfolded and Liverpool were about to take their winning penalty I left the building before whoever it was could hit it. Walking up the road, I heard the dippers cheer, which confirmed out exit. I kept the head low and strolled home. The champions league final was even worse, I was in a room with a few mates, 3 of whom are Utd men. GRIM.

Interesting, would love more affordable tickets, on occasion the flights have been cheaper to be honest!

It is not good for the ticker at the best of times. My old man would leave the room and go for a walk during big chelsea games or utd ones if the stress gets too much. My heart was pounding yesterday around the 85 minute mark until the end of that Utd game. Definitely not good for you :)

Thats a bit of a cop out, Val. What if he wins the league, then will he be worthy of your praise and full support? If so, then what if he starts out losing a few games next season, would you turn on him right away? Fans need to stop being so fickle and get behind the managers, he is CLEARLY a classy act, a fantastic personality for the club and he is certainly no mug. It's his first season in English football and has done a great job. He has tried and tested many systems and setups and now he has settled on what is working best for now. He has Ferguson in the long grass every time and knows how to play him. We will rebuild, we will get better. To the future. :)
