Considering the upheaval we seem back on track, but obviously disappointed.
About where we are. We've started the season looking outstanding, then they sacked Robbie for losing a few games (despite still playing well). FSW seems to have got us back on track & at least had the balls to push Luiz into midfield. A few very good results, and a few very disappointing ones. Everton will be a big test. I would also be interested to see how we fair against the 2 Manchester teams under him, that will determine his qualities.
Mata & Hazard. Moses is playing well also. Oscar an outstanding talent too, but spending more time on the bench.
If he had pace, he would be in the Messi/Ronoldo class. I honestly think he has been the best player in the prem this season (along with Van Persie). Fellani has also been superp.
Cech, Cole, Azpi.
He's not the player he was when he was playing up there. Yes he's scored, & improved under FSW, but he's a flat track bully. He needs to start scoring & dominating games like he used too, sadly I think those days are gone
I don't think you would find many who would say they like him, but he's done ok.
2nd/3rd
Great, started the season like they usually finish. I never understood what happened in pre-season there because they were such slow starters usually. I'm pleased Fellani is not available for the game, but still think it will be very tough.
I think you've got enough quality to stay there or there abouts. I think Arsenal & Spurs have better squads, but your manager is outperforming both of theirs (in my opinion)
Chelsea team? Jellavic, Pinnear, Baines, the Belgium lad also impressed me when i've seen him play.
A bit miserable, but does a solid job & also seems a fair man. Destined for Unt I think, only downside is he never gets Everton to perform in Europe.
5th or 6th
Could go either way by a goal.
