Wenger: A Specialist in Failure
I'm happy with Wenger's response this evening.I'm glad he's not getting drawn into petty nonsense. He never directed his comments to Chelsea. Mourinho took it personally (Why??) when Pellegrini & others didn't. Only he knows why he made that statement.

The Davy Moysie Thread
Not sure if it's him or Woodward that have bodged up this transfer window but they've stolen in at the last minute to take the prize from Wenger/Gazidis as the most comical transfer negotiators of the summer. Anyboobs they're still got a very good squad. Actually heard Redknapp on SSN last night complaining that ManU should've gone in for Ozil and we should've gone in for Fellaini. F**k off.

Demba Ba
Agreed Townsend we did dodge a bullet.

Demba Ba
And in any case we've got the self confessed world's best striker back in our ranks... or so that's what Bendtner thinks anyb*llocks :-\

Demba Ba
I'm sure we'll survive ;)

Demba Ba
Was frustrating he denied us Ba, but then he has form for blocking the Sahin deal last season. Gazidis/Wenger should've known that. To be honest I was surprised we were in for him as we had the chance to sign him last Jan. I'd've preferred we use some of the friggin cash in reserve to actually buy someon like Jackson Martinez or Lacina Traore. But that's for an Arsenal forum...

Supporter unrest
Hey guys, hope y'all are cool. Just wanted to know whether fans who held the banners that were seen at your home game were reprimanded or banned? Reason I ask is becuase as you may or may not have heard Arsenal fans are becoming increasingly disgruntled with the mamangement of the club. Many on internet forums are talking of the Black Scarf Movement although, those protests and marches have taken place largely outside Cashburton Grove. I think Gooners should take their lead from Chelsea's fans be show their disgust INSIDE the ground. I don't think simply booing is enough. Thing is I believe there's a reluctance to show your level of anger in the ground due to fear of ejection. So I'd just like to know whether your stewards are responsible for singling out the protesters and penalising them, if at all there were penalised. Much obliged chaps (and chapesses).

Following our nearest and dearest rivals
I think this has the ingredients to be one of the most open title races in a while. I hear that line every season, lol.

Arsenal v Chelsea (PL) 29/09/12 KO 12:45 BST
Went to the game and my assessment was we beat ourselves. Don't think we really stretched youse but that was due to us not being at it yeserday. RDM seemed to recognise Cazorla as a chief threat and whoever was nearest to him was assignedto snuff him out. Our biggest problem is the set piece and this propensity to persevere with the zonal marking which just doesn't work. I watched youse lot defending set-pieces and y'all went man-to-man. I think Bould has work to do. But no-one has us as title contenders, which will benefit us. Don't write us off just yet. Oh yeah, Hazard looks a player. Didn't have many opportunities in the attacking sense but showed his class. And i think Torres is coming back to form. Looked sharp yesterday but, that was never a pen. :wags finger:

In the words of Tony Soprano, is he dead to you now?

Redknapp sacked
Watchya fella. A spurs mate of mine is saying it's true but, from what I've read it's all smoke and mirrors. Just imagine: from potential England boss to the dole queue in 5 months...

Redknapp sacked
I'm hearing differing rumours from he's walked to he's been sacked. Anyone heard anything about this?
