I really like Lukasz Piszczek. Lewandoski is good but is not needed currently. However Debuchy will probably be cheaper so Id go with him. French players seem to generally adapt well to the league.

Yeh definitely mate. It was nice to see them look like there playing for Roy, I never felt that for Capello. I am surprised as well because I am sure alot of them are Arrys friends and all that. Plus some are probably close to Rio so there could of been some real cracks in the team in unity. So far so good.

Id love us to put a bid in for Yohan Cabeye. I think he would be fantastic in our midfield, ie, with Mikel holding.

Sadly we are never going to replace Drogba, he is one of the few players in the world.like Messi, who are irreplaceable. Were unlikely to see another Striker who is better than Didier at Didiers game. I don't think that anyone would expect Torres to bring us more joy or trophies than Didier did, as much of our success was due to Didier, his record speaks for itself. I hope we as a club we can try to truly understand the qualites that Dider brought to our team and the league as a whole because IMO we will never witness someone like Didier again.

Its a hard one to explain mate. Maybe you class me as one of those who are 'sticking up' for these thugs as I would of loved to be apart the 70's and 80's history. But I think your looking at a select few in truth who are racially motivated. Im sure alot of people would be like me, having a scuff with my mates protecting the shed and watching the football would be their main aim of the day. In my view at the time its all part of the game. There were other places to watch the game from ie section in the ground where you would of had much safer viewing. Someone correct me if I am wrong as this is sadly through documentaries and readings of other peoples experiences at the time. If you didn't want to be involved its quite possible not to be. I dont think that people here are defending any racists from looking at posts. Me personally, wouldn't have been interested in racist attacks, and by the sheer amount of people that you see in video's back in the day involved in things in the terraces I highly doubt that their racially motivated. It much more about the buzz, respect, and club imo. Im sure that there's a select few in the firms who are, or there are groups of supporters that are. I cant deny I wish I was from the era of the 70 and 80's. Its just too difficult for groups of 19 - 20 year olds to be able to go to football together now because of the cost and availability of tickets. I would do pretty much anything to get a experience on the shed with my mates standing on a terrace. The hooliganism aspect is wrong but I cant ignore the fact it fascinates me.

I understand your passionate about this subject but you cant deny that its make or brake for him. What dont you agree with, with what I said? I think its true.

I agree with mate, but I still see the positives. But I honestly feel that it is a gamble next season, I have never really been confident that he will score going into a game unless he gets a goal early on. His head seems to drop so quickly. I know we can only speculate but as much as I want it to work, I still feel it will I understand the reasons why he might not. He really needs to be managed in the right way, he does seem very fragile mentally. I get the feeling he feel he needs to be loved. These are some of the reasons why I understand your concern and doubt. As long as he gets in those positions bags a couple hopefully we will see some sort of form but uncertain times definitely lie ahead.
