I honestly feel that its due to using this game for fitness, its more important giving players the game time IMO than doing your best to win ie changing system. Im sure that Di Matteo and his backroom staff took this game into account as part of building match fitness so didn't want to disrupt the plan. Just my opinion.

I mentioned this in another thread, as I know the area quite well since my dad goes up to most game for the last 25 years.

I think its too far of a gap to breach mate, alot has changed especially with teams around us have improved drastically. We dont have a striker atm who's banging em in reguarly.

Park near the staples car park about 10-15mins walk to villa park, its free and safe. My Dad uses it all the time. Stay away from parking near the local estates unless your prepared to pay money so they look after your car, if you dont pay it wont be looked after Enjoy your trip mate

I personally cant see us winning the league, I just believe that a jump from 5th to 1st in one season is too much. Both United and City will be strong, City even stronger after winning the league so I don't believe that we will be able to catch them. I'd hope for us to get the final of the F.A. cup. Top 3 in Premier League. Last 8 CL.

Apparently that's one of the main reasons that Lavezzi left, due to his wife getting robbed. Sad if true.
