So what exactly positive do you see? Other than a few players (Mata, Rami, Ivanovic, Terry & Sturridge, which I frequently praise) there has been nothing else after my join date.

O'neill is just another flavor of the month manager We need proven winners, experience and great tactical/motivational ability. Hiddink is gone, so get Capello NOW until the summer and we have a chance to finish in the top four, get a decent run in the CL & likely win the FA cup.

Ivanovic Nobody in this team has an ounce of his passion bar a select few individuals. He is also absolutely great at RB, reads the game well, loads of interceptions, great tackles, decent crosses. He will probably be moved to CB come summer when AVB decides he wants another 15m+ liability ar rb

We have more creativity that the other 16 teams in the prem can ever dream about yet we dont create any clear chances at all. We havent had any all year bar Swansea, Newcastle & Valencia. Forget individuals, we don't play as a team at all. I have seen more coherent teams from the championship, in fact we faced one side today. You don't need a team full of Mata clones to beat the likes of Birmingham or the 14 mediocre teams in the Premier League. Its the tactics, the substitutions, the training, the poor pass angles, the stupid possession sh*t strategy & motivation which is the key to our failure.

AVB has the managerial capabilities of a doughnut. The latest in the line of excuses from the pro-AVB camp probably.
