Judging by his most recent ones (post everton) he has become far more realistic. Some of his earlier stuff was absolutely cringeworthy.

In all honesty spiller, we have made some good transfers as of recent. The giant blimp is of course Torres which is the standout concern.

Morale is not the only thing Hiddink could offer us. I'm sure a lot of managers could provide that initial period of results, but what Guus has is tactical knowledge that many can only dream of. Looking at you, boas.

Time for AVB to go, I don't recall many big ego senior players revolting against Utd while three nil up. Except Malouda who our tactically inept manager persisted with staying on, and assisted 2 of united goals. Does the big ego players texts also pressure the mediocre under fire inexperienced manager into starting the liability Bosingwa every game too? Get out asap.

While I completely agree that fans are impatient (myself included) nobody can suggest that Roman has any sort of patience himself. This is the same guy who sacked a double winning manager a few months ago for finishing 2nd.

Agreed. With him or Ivanovic in CB (his concentration is too low for centreback) I don't feel comfortable at all. Still can't believe nobody has started him at CM yet, he is virtually everything you'd want in a midfielder. Decent dribbling, good passing, able to head the ball, track back/bombard forward. Has speed.

A lot better? We might as well shove Terry at CF as he scored around the same amount of goals as Drogba. Personally if all else fails I'd like to see Lampard or Sturtidge in the CF position.

AVB on the other hand somehow manages to get the very worst out of the team.

AVB is a shocking manager. Even without managing IC national team hundreds of miles away he manages to demotivate Drogba & make him miss.
