I understand what you are saying, But VDW could turn out twice as bad as what Bosingwa was, Ferreira has always done a job when required and i still think he can do it. I dont believe he is on high wages? ive head 30k p/w which the way he is is pretty cheap, As someone mentioned he's a true sport. When we call on him he always does his job. Why get rid of someone like him?

Is £7/8m worth it? We have Ivan (whether he wants to play RB), Ferreira, Hutch & Kane. Surely that is good enough so why pay £8m for someone similar to Bossy, Just spend it elsewhere.
