Ganso
How many times have you seen him play against a good opposition defence? Once at best? 15m is not a bad price. It is a good price for him, but that's about it - saying he is worth more based on him playing against defenders in the Brazilian league is an odd statement as being good against that anarchy out there doesn't prove anything. Some people doubt Neymar's abaility even though he bags 2-3 goals every game for the same reason. Unless I see Ganso break down good defences at international level (i.e. Italy, Spain, Germany, etc) I can't possibly judge him as being woth more than 15m. But we don't need him as a player anyway with so much talent down the middle. Some other teams may do.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
I've seen him play many times and I think he is great. How do we resolva that now!? Or are your eyes better than mine for some reason. The fact is scout's job is to scout player and identify their worth and you are saying that you seeing him play on telly a few times makes your judgement better than professionals who had the job of watching him play most likely all season long. Get real pls.

Eden Hazard at Chelsea
Unless Mata stops wearing No 10 in favour of Hazard (quite possible). Then no one loses out!!

Dembele
Just like Ganso. Where would he play !? We have plenty of players like him and spending 10m on what is, let's be honest, an average player that we don't need can only be defined as waste. With FFP coming we need to slim down our squad, not add more excess to it - it burdens the wage bill and we don't gain much.

Ganso
Where on Earth would he play??? Think before you write that we need him. Actually we don't need him and it take a quick look at our squad to realize that. I haven't seen much from the lad apart from a 3-4 of internationals in which he looked average. What is your assessment that he is worth more than 15m based on!? He is just another talent in the Brazilian league. Plenty of those, some are a lot cheaper, too. 15m sounds right to me for a player that hasn't played in Europe and is nothing exceptional (comparing him as a talent with Neymar is laughable, with Aguero even more so - he was already proven in La Liga long before City bid for him).

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
You can say that about any big signing made in Europe. Should people stop spending money because it is a risk? No. Give Hulk a chance before making conclusions on his worth. How on Earth are you judging someone even before his transfer is announced? That's insulting both to the player and to the scouting staff at Chelsea - basically saying both are rubbish and don't know what they are doing. Yeah right. Your opinion vs Chelsea scouts' opionions + my eyes. I know which one to trust myself. Keep talking...

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
This is you opinion mate. Most people disagree with you. Time will tell but I don't like your hatred for a player who hasn't even signed. I love Lavezzi, too, who is one of my favorite players as a Napoli supporter but he is more left-sided than right-sided so he isn't a perfect fit for what we need. Hulk, in theory, is.

Lukaku frustrated.
No info on any loans. New manager will decide whether he will be his back-up striker or Sturridge. I am rooting for Lukaku - more promise overall.

Did you read his interview or just the headline?

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
Hulk is in the US - friendlies against Mexico and Argentina over the weekend. Early next week is my guess. Hazard might be sealed before England friendly but I doubt it. It will most likely be afterwards and he can go and look for houses and stuff..

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
I can see him as the guy to take over Drogba's smashing of poor Arsenal teams. Plenty of smashes in their net yet to come!!

Who are you getting on the back of your new 2012/13 shirt?
If I buy a shirt as I really need one finally, it would be Hulk. Used to love Frankie but he is not fashionable anymore : ) I like Luiz and Branko, too, but Hulk tops them easily!

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
Levski FC. Actually thats one of the reasons I am a Chelsea fan. When I was going to the stadium 7-8 years old, many people were wearing Chelsea Autoglass shirts at the stadium instead of Levski shirts (same colour), so I decided to follow Chelsea too : )

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
I am seriously considering getting my first proper Chelsea shirt with Hulk's name in something like 6 years (not much of a shirts fan, more into scarfs + I have my home team to invest in, who needs it more than Chelsea). The offer is too good to turn down!

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
Never paid attention to him. Only place I've heard his name is on Football Manager where I sell him quickly : ) Wiki says 29 games this season, which sounds good. From what I understand he has been a CB at Vittesse though and he is still 19. I am sure scouts would have kept an eye on him. Still, he is not the player for our RB back-up if he hasn't played there at Vittesse.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
Isn't Hoilett a free agent...sort of incomparable. Still would prefer Hulk even for his pricetag every single day. English talents tend to be overrated by the media. I haven't seen anything special from Hoilett tbh. Not sure what all the hype is about him. He is decent for a free signing but certainly not Starting 11 quality for us.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
That in no way means they are ready for prime time football in CL/PL if Branko gets injured. And Fereira is not up there anymore (if he has ever been). We need a solid RB sub. Nothing fancy, someone that would be happy to be rotational and doesn't cost a lot, but must be solid when called upon - we can't say that about Hutch with 2 games last season and about Fereira who is getting older and less match prepared...I am sure there will be someone for 5-6m that would do the job well.

Financial Fair Play. Anyone worried?
Yes, this is the penalty. I think it is on a season-by-season basis so when you break even, yo uare invited back. The problem is if you are excluded in the first place, your revenue will drop A LOT (based on the article above, something like 50-70m - actually could be more) so it is even harder to break even. We better not get in trouble, but I am sure we will be fine. Cannot, for the life of me, see how sh*tty will be fine. Their revenue is much lower and expenses higher than ours... I am sure they will have a long talk with Platini and Co and most probably lose out on CL in a few seasons.

Financial Fair Play. Anyone worried?
Full article from Feb is a great read. Many things I did not know about. Anyway things seem to be OK but offloading people like Yossi, Malouda and Essien seems like a must to reduce the wage bill and get some sales (not sure how much we can get for this bunch). I am sure all scenarios have been covered at board meetings and the management know what they are doing with the expesive purchases. They wouldn't risk CL exclusion just for 1 signing. And so wouldn't Roman as this is by far his favorite competition. If we can increase Sponsorship revenue, do better in Prem next year (should happen really 1-2 place easily with this squa) and offload those three and maybe Frankie at the end of next season then we should be perfectly fine for FFP as revenue would go up and expenses down due to lower wages.

Eden Hazard at Chelsea
Hutch can't be a second CB back up and RB back up at the same time. Defence lacks some depth as the only first team ready sub we will have is Cahill or Luiz (excluding the LB, that's sorted). Not enough. We need someone on RB. I woudln't trust Hutch solely for that - we have not seen much from him to know that he can do it if Branko gets injured for a couple of months.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
We have plenty of such young squad players for most positions Cortouis - GK - he's probably going on loan though Hutch - CB Bertrand - LB Romeu - DM Josh - MC/AMC KdB - CM/AMC Marin - LW/RW Kakuta - AMC/RW Piazon - AMC Lukaku - ST ... looking a the list we only lack such a player for RB, where I presume we will buy someone to back up Branko.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
I would be perfectly happy with 35, 38 is a tad too much for me, but I presume his wages and signing fess/agent fees will be lower than Hazard's so in the end he would overall be cheaper over his stay than Hazard. Love them both though for choosing us. And Hulk seems like a proper fan of Chelsea unlike Hazard who we all know first looked at just about every other club in the world.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
He has the legs to do what Essien used to do a couple of years ago. His skills are ideal for a CM role alongside a more defensive Mikel. Works out great for us. The onyl bad thing is ... the only thing we have left to wait for in the summer is who is the next manager and we might find out about that soon. Oh, an where do we sell useless players like Benayoun.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
They've invested a lot in Hulk (15m for 85% of him if I remember correctly). Do you seriously expect them to sell him cheap? They will be happy to keep him as he is doing very well and would sell him only at good profit as they always do. And here comes Chelsea who think he is worth 40m. Why not? Flexible? That's money you are talking about, no one is friends in money matters : )
