Calm down everyone it's pre-season when there is nothing on the line. I would have taken a 5-0 drubbing in each match rather than risk a long term injury to someone like Cech or Cole. And if there's anyone who can get these guys playing at their best it's RDM.

I think we struggle without JT or Frank to marshall the team, after Frank went off they seemed to play more as individuals and less as a unit. Personally I think they just couldn't be bothered to go all out in a friendly and were just trying to remain fit.

He dosen't have Drogba's touch, for a big guy Drogba could dance through defenders wheras Lukaku only seems to try and power past them. And Marin needs to stop looking for the 'perfect' goal.

I'm going to assume the lack of movement is down to Robbie telling them to try and avoid injury.

Can I just say that having stayed up so late to watch the pre-season tour has really helped me appreciate what you guys have to go through weekly to watch the mighty Blues.

At some point soon no matter how hard it will be, Frank will have to be phased out as despite his legendary status no-one is irreplaceable in the team. But our current options are pretty good with Torres likely in front of Ramires at RW, Hazard at ACM and Mata at LW and if Oscar comes in then we'll probably play only 1 of Lampard or Mikel behind them. Don't see why we want Walcott or Moses when we have capable backup in Marin who very easily could get into the 1st X1. Or we can just put Luiz on his own up front to see what happens. And Piazon looks like a brilliant future prospect.
