They say moving house is one of the, if not the, most stressful things you will experience in your whole life. Well I don't know if it is a sign of stress but after moving the fansite my wrist is killing me (easy there Moos - I was referring to the amount of time working this bloody mouse).

Over the past 3-4 months Mod and I have been slowly moving the pages from the fansite into a hidden forum (I know you hate that Pauly) and today we finally shifted the last one and you should now see the new forum section at the foot of the index page.

You will notice we have killed some of the pages in the old fansite (this was mainly due to some not being convertible and some just being a tad dull!) and we are focusing on the player and manager profiles and also the various pages on the club's history.

The main reason for doing this is because we thought the fansite was beginning to look a little dated and moving everything inhouse would ensure we maintained a consistent look (if Mike O reads this he will accuse me of being Kenyon and trying to brand a product).

You will notice that maybe half of the player profiles are up to date as of August 2009 however some still need to be brought up to date. If those peope who were kind enough to write the profiles in the first place could find a little time to type an update to bring their profiles up to date I would be very grateful.

Also please notice that some of our first team players need a profile written (i.e. Zhirkov, Sturridge, Turnbull and Ashley Cole (sorry G4 we decided we needed a new Cole one - as much as I enjoyed the last one I think the mood has changed!) so if anyone would like to write one I would be even more grateful.

Finally we are always looking for profiles of ex-players to add to the list so feel free to write an article on an old favourite of yours.

Just to let people know that this forum is no longer read only so anyone can create topics and post in here.

The profile pages are still read only as if we let people respond to profiles the profile itself would soon get lost in amongst replies.

So if you have anything to say about the Fansite part of the forums feel free to use this forum (and that includes pointing out any errors you spot as I can correct them quickly).
