I remember we had a young winger, possibly from Porto. Remember him getting a lot of buzz, but never seen him make any news. Can't remember his name at all.

If so then the answer is that he carried on being what he always was. Good on a computer game, rubbish on a grass pitch.

That's the one Loz. I remember folk saying that in Potugal they would use two people to mark him, and that he was the next Ronaldo.

I don't play FM, and I just laugh at people who recommend player because "they were amazing for me in Football Manager!"

I'm just concerned with the number of players named "Fabio."

We've only got one now and I think it should stay that way.

If it's Paim, then we loaned him in January and his loan ended at the end of the season, he was only used in the reserves sadly. I remember watching him play once, and he was outstanding. Shame, really.

I guess you mean Fabio Paim (as many here has already said). I really looked forward to having him here and I heard lots of good stuff about him. But he didn't do much and the few times I saw him play he was far from brilliant.

We sent him back after a few months (he came in august, left in december) and he went out on loan to another club and now he has gone to yet another club on loan. Looking at wikipedia it appears that he has been loaned out to 6 clubs in less than 3 years.

And some say we send our players out on loan too often
